Hotel Völserhof Reviews

I stayed at the Volserhof for a week's skiing and found it very convenient for ski hire and ski lifts. Nice steam room and sauna for relaxation after skiing. The food was excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A very special thank you to Melanie who helped me so much in the second half of my stay when I contracted serious flu. I definitely recommend this hotel!

We had a fantastic holiday. The hotel was immaculate and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was lovely, good selection, well presented and plenty of it. The location was excellent, ski bus stop right outside and really helpful ski rental shop over the road. Our only minus was that the pillows were a bit lumpy 😀. Would love to return.

My son and I stayed here for a ski trip. Fantastic hotel with clean spacious rooms, brilliant food and some of the most friendly staff I have ever come across in nearly 40 years of travelling. I highly recommend this hotel. It is also massively convenient for getting to the ski lifts with the bus stop directly outside. Bar bill at the end of the week was also very reasonable too. We had a great time staying at the Voelserhof! The hotel has a very comfortable alpine vibe. The staff were excellent from beginning to end; nothing was too much trouble for them. Food was very good too.

I am a repeat offender. You feel at home with the Lang family and their team. Very friendly service, clean rooms, good food. Even as a guest with only breakfast you should also try the evening menu. It is worth it .. The chef cooks himself with finesse and serves his own schnapps if you want. Nice sauna for rainy days or after hiking. If you want more, you can go to the thermal baths. Everything perfect! Central location in the Gastein valley with its numerous possibilities. I haven't exhausted all of them. And even in Corona times, Roman feels at home in the Voelserhof.
