Breakfast buffet was very diverse. A large selection. All staff very friendly. The room and bath were clean. Whether this hotel would recommend anyone further. The Bali Therme is just a short way, which was very pleasant.

Check in was friendly and easy. We had a suite which is situated next door. The room was spacious and very clean. Very well equipped. The bed was large and very comfortable. Bathroom was large with an excellent shower. Location of the hotel is perfect for town, park and railway station. Our room was situated at the back so no noise was experienced.

Gutes kleineres, sauberes und sehr nettes Hotel im Herzen von Bad Oeynhausen am Kurpark und der Stadt. Das Badezimmer war relativ neu renoviert, das Bett angenehm hoch, nicht durchgelegen und das Zimmer mit kleinen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Preis/ Leistung stimmt.

Wir planten zu sechst ein Familientreffen in Bad Salzuflen. Es passte zunächst alles! Der Zeitpunkt, das Wetter, die Stimmung und das Hotel. Ein freundlicher Empfang sorgte zunächst dafür, daß wir ,2 gehbehinderte Paare, kostenlose reservierte Parkplätze erhielten. So etwas hebt schon die Stimmung. Das dann in Anspruch genommene barrierefreie Zimmer war ideal und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Sauber, groß und genügend Bewegungsfreiheit! Ein ganz kleinen Hinweis würde ich geben, bitte das WC Becken etwas höher. Auch unsere erwachsenen Kinder hatten ein großes, sehr gut eingerichtetes Zimmer. Allein die Enkel fanden ihr Bett etwas schmal. Kein Problem für den freundlichen und wendigen Mitarbeiter am Empfang. Er versprach ein Upgrad, wenn Gäste nicht anreisen würden. So kams dann auch und 6 strahlende Gesichter konnten sich den angebotenen Highlights der Stadt widmen. Doch dann kam es dicke und gleich doppelt. Krankheit und Missgeschicke zwangen uns zur sofortigen Rückreise. Jetzt ging es um Schadensbegrenzung! Dem Hotel sollte kein Schaden entstehen und wir wollten unseren begrenzen. Nach Schilderung der Sachlage konnten wir wir bei der Hotelleitung auf ein gewisses Verständnis bauen und man kam uns zur Schadensminderung kulant entgegen. Dafür sprechen wir unseren ausdrücklichen Dank aus! Für uns ist es Pflicht und ein dringendes Bedürfnis recht bald wieder einzukehren. Nach einem hervorragendem Frühstück traten wir einigermaßen getröstet unsere Heimreisen an. Manfred

Online booking is very convenient, Ctrip service is very good, help me contact the hotel to modify the check-in date, thank you! After the stay, I was pleasantly surprised. The pastoral style, the two restaurants in the hotel have different styles, they are very chic, the surrounding environment is very good and quiet.

Very nice hotel, maintained, everything you need, spacious, also the bathroom, quiet location, our room went back to the back with a small green interior area. Just a few minutes walk to the old town and to the channel. In the evening we had some problems to get a beer at the bar, the barkeeper didn't know how to give the beer properly from the paddle. He also brought his box on the frontman all the time, wasn't cleaned on the terrace, there were still dirty glasses around. Who doesn't want to have breakfast in the hotel (19€ pP in 2022), finds enough opportunities for a good breakfast in the old town. Also there is a public parking (google to a triangular place, that really means). Mo - Sa 0.50€ per hour, maximum 22% per day, Sunday free). We would certainly come back.

My dad and i stayed at this hotel for the first time at the beginning of June 23 and it was fantastic, The staff were really helpful the rooms were comfortable and clean. I would be more than happy to stay here again. There are only two points i think could have been better such as the door to the bathroom didn't close properly but this is only minor which is why i wish i could give a 4.5 instead of a 4
