Hotel decor is new, room is fairly big, breakfast included, and self-checkin/out mode. Carpark is available but limited spaces.

I prefer not to do a bad review, but we gave this hotel every opportunity to resolve our issues but got zero back from them. I don't have a problem with self check in, but then we had no hot water, and subsequently cold showers. Despite speaking to someone who could speak english on the phone, who assured me it would get resolved, it didn't. Resulting in cold showers again in the morning. There were a couple of other things wrong with the room, which we reported, but it was the lack of hot water that was unacceptable. Numerous emails later where we were promised financial compensation, but this has never been forthcoming. Its the attitude to us, as the service user, that is the most galling. The restaurant however, was excellent. The food delicious, good portion size and value for money. Plus a great breakfast. The staff were lovely, but with limited English, tried to be helpful. We got the impression they were independent of the hotel.

First thought, we may get disturbed with Church Bell after reading some reviews however Not at all. Location is superb as Bus stop 1 minute for Pizol, Tamina Thermal pool , Shps, Restaurants, Shops , Train Station are walking distance The Best Bakery with best coffee and Very hospitable owner/ staff just next to It - FASSLER Room was very clean, comfortable bed, large TV with thousands channels, Fridge, Tea& Coffee… Breakfast was really quality with plenty choices with daily fresh bread & croissant , No hot food but be honest we did not miss :-) There was fresh orange juice but seems only Saturday & Sunday mornings! We ate at their Restaurant 1 day. Very delicious food, very polite service Team. Loved the lentil soup, Thank you chef! No staff around, keys are on the reception desk when you come. We met a lady ( sorry can not remember her name, from Portugal ) who was very hard working, polite, helpful and Hospitable. A few area to improve Very bad smell like sweage when you enter the Hotel - all 6 days we stayed Checked boiled Eggs , seems Not daily put as we wanted to have on first day but it was off. We did not try after Overall, Great place to stay, we will be back and recommended

+ The room was huge, very comfortable and had a Netflix account set up on the TV + The restaurant was really good, we enjoyed steak and wine + Great location in the centre ' There aren't always staff around, but when they are they are friendly ' The breakfast was fine - It would be good if there was a proper luggage storage (also for snowboards) - It would be good to have shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion in the room, rather than the tiny bottles of "all in one" - It would be good if the room was cleaned and new water and coffee provided each day (it was only the bed that was made) - It would be good if the toilerties were from Rituals as advertised - I was disappointed

This has been our worst hotel experience ever. First of all, you won't be able to sleep there. The hotel is located right next to a church, with the bells ringing at every hour throughout the night, and some longer ringing at 6am. The rooms are shabby, with flimsy furniture. It's made to look new from a distance, but everything is very low quality and the bathrooms are very basic. Service and reception were very unfriendly, and most of the time reception was unstaffed and nobody could be found to assist with basic problems. You are on your own if you stay here. We would not recommend this place. There are several much better options in this town regarding service, location and quality.

I stayed here for business purposes. It's a little walk from the station, but there's a supermarket, pub and cafe next door, so it's very convenient. The room faces the intersection, so I'm worried about people looking in from outside, and the church bells. The room is spacious, and there's no one there for check-in and check-out, so it's a good impression.

We recently spent 3 nights in your boutique hotel Ochsen. The room furnishings and the breakfast buffet were wonderful. We wanted a cozy hotel with the idea that we were told on the Internet. Unfortunately, we are very disappointed that the reception is always unattended. On your website you say, among other things: "The goal of our young, motivated team is to make you forget the drudgery of everyday life and give you wonderful moments." Unfortunately, this is not the case, as this hotel lacks the heart, namely a warm person who comes to meet you. A person cannot be replaced by a beautiful piece of furniture or a valuable picture. Your dossier in the room mentions that you can be reached by phone 24 hours a day. This gives you an insecure feeling, as you do not know what kind of person is behind it. In a spa town like Bad Ragaz (and usually) three-digit phone numbers like 144, 118, 112 are not enough; certain specialist doctors must also be listed by name. In this case, the price-performance ratio and your information on the Internet are not correct. As a result, you must communicate on your website and everywhere else that you (as a contact person instead of the reception) can only be reached by phone, and the price must be significantly reduced. Furthermore, the refrigerator in the room could not be opened and there was no safe.

Right in the centre, it has its own parking spaces and is close to a large covered public car park (it is located right in front of the Hotel!). Spotless rooms, very comfortable, large and bright. Too bad about the breakfast (I wasn't able to get 2 fried eggs)... Overall though, recommendable!

The hotel has been recently renovated and offers large rooms with shower. The hotel is centrally located and only a few minutes from the thermal baths. Breakfast is very good. During our visit, the young lady at reception was very professional and also served us dinner in a very friendly manner. I can only recommend this hotel.
