We had a very excellent experience during our 2 night stay at the hotel. All the staff were very nice and helpful, the room was clean, and the surrounding environment was so peaceful.i especially love the breakfast provided by the hotel

We loved the place. It was clean, spacious, and centrally located, with plenty of restaurants and shopping centers nearby.

For a group of 10 pax, it was too late for us to book a hotel in Salzberg, it came to be the back up for us to book this hotel because it is quite fae away from Salzberg.

All in all, simply superb. The hotel is very clean, and the location is fantastic. The only downside is that the underground parking garage is very expensive; the hotel doesn't have any other parking options.

New, centrally located hotel. Room large enough for an Ibis. Two glasses and two bottles of water are missing, which seems like the bare minimum for a guest! Not even two glasses to put toothbrushes in!

I don't know why Ctrip does not have a complete list of room types, but booking has a more complete list, but the price is a little more expensive than Ctrip.

Wonderful central location right on the pedestrian zone in Bad Reichenhall! Modern, very well-run hotel! We had a room overlooking the spa park! Great! The staff was very friendly and professional! Breakfast was very good! Only the daily price of €18 for the underground car park spoils the very positive overall impression. We would love to come back!

The receptionist had a bad attitude and was impatient in answering questions. Netizens shared that parking costs 15 yuan per day, but she charged us 48 yuan for our two-day stay. The hotel provides saunas, etc. We only found out later when we looked at the hotel website. We went to the counter and asked again and she told us it was on the 5th floor. When we went upstairs to find out, other tenants told us to go to the counter to get bathrobes. In short, we are foreigners and should be more clearly informed about hotel facilities, etc. The breakfast is not good. The restaurant is open so you can smell the smoke from the walkway to the room.

The hotel is a historical building with a rich heritage. The reception staff is polite and friendly; free hot soup and bread are provided at noon. We will definitely come back
