Haben den zweiten Sylvester im Hotel verbracht und sind dieses Mal enttäuscht worden! Die Zimmer sind nach wie vor sehr gut, aber ! Es fängt mit dem parken an, man bezahlt für die Tiefgarage und kein Platz ist frei, danach beginnt eine Odyssee bis man einen Parkplatz hat, dass ist nicht ok. Im Schwimmbad werden morgens schon liegen belegt obwohl fast den ganzen Tag niemand drauf liegt, da fehlt die Aufsicht. Zum Essen, es war einfach nicht gut, für ein 5 Sterne Haus unterirdisch, in der Sylvester Nacht Dessert Büfett angekündigt, dass aus Berliner bestand, beim Salat keinen Mais, kann nicht alles aufzählen. Am Sylvester Abend, der Speisesaal war noch leer, frage ich einen Kellner ob er ein Bild von meinem Schätzchen und mir machen kann, der Kommentar „Er hat jetzt keine Zeit, aber später“ So etwas ist mir noch nie passiert, der junge Mann hat seinen Beruf eindeutig verfehlt. Dazu möchte ich anführen das wir ansonsten sehr gut bedient wurden. Ich könnte noch einiges anführen, auch über den Herrn der dort die Aufsicht hatte, lass es aber, den wenn man so eine Stellung hat sollte man etwas beflissener sein. leider sind wir das letzte mal dort zu Sylvester gewesen..
