這個酒店位置超好，步行街的一個坡上，樓下就可以逛，沿着路一直上去就可以把步行街走完，還可以走到兩個著名的温泉，要喝酒吃飯這條街上也都有。酒店建築也是古建，看上去就像是一個景點，酒店內部也有年代感，上樓的電梯還是那種拉開門的，老物件都還在用的感覺非常好，切實感到住也是對這個城市生活的一部分體驗。給我房間位置也特好，進去的時候剛好有陽光，順着落地陽台門直接照進來，倍爽，還有陽台，可以坐在陽台看風景，曬太陽。房間大小也合適，我定單床，床很柔軟，那看得都很棒。前台的服務員也很温和。我住了兩晚，非常好的體驗，也許明年還來。

Perfectly located in the pedestrian area of the old town only a few minutes walk to the spas. Old world charm, great breakfast buffet and spacious rooms. Only disappointment was the break down in supply of thermal spring water to bathrooms. Not the hotel’s fault but no mention of existing problem until we asked.

Lovely hotel, great breakfast and service.
Down points.
No tea or coffee facility in room. Also claim to be able to use hot spring waters in bath. No supply of hot spring water at all during our stay in the room.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is brilliant, close by are all the lovely bars, restaurants and shops. Baden Baden is absolutely lovely. The hotel has a very nice buffet breakfast, the rooms were spacious and quiet. There was a nice sunbathing area and we had no problems with WiFi. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely return

This unique hotel is the perfect mix of Old World charm and Modern conveniences. The location was perfect and the staff friendly and helpful. The on site spa was amazing..

During our recent weekend in Baden-Baden, my wife and I wined and dined at a variety of places. Somehow, we always ended up back at this hotel bar, which was empty except for us. We were invited to come inside by Ingolf, who pretty much was the doorman, front desk clerk, bar tender, and a great individual to go to to for advice. His English was excellent; his professionalism unsurpassed. We typically ordered Chardonnay, but one night he made me a local drink called the Red Mill made with orange juice, red wine, and grain alcohol. It was quite strong and tasty. We would not have come back the second night, bit we enjoyed spending time with him as he went to and fro helping others at the hotel. Maybe, next time, my wife and I will stay here.

Great hotel! Friendly and helpful staff, excellent location to old town and bath houses as well as Christmas Markets. Very comfortable large room. Breakfast was included and very good. I would stay here again.
