Environment: Old Qian Villa Manor Hotel has two main buildings and several courtyard suites, with a helipad nearby. The rooms and lobby are furnished with old wooden furniture, porcelain, and oil paintings. Cleanliness: It's an old house, but it's very well-maintained, and the cleanliness is good. Service: The front desk, restaurant, and room service staff are all very enthusiastic, especially the bellhop. We arrived at the hotel at 12 PM, and it was raining outside. After the front desk completed all the procedures, due to a language barrier, I only understood that the front desk said check-in was at 2 PM. However, the bellhop took our luggage and gestured for us to follow him. He escorted us all the way to our room, then showed us how to get power. When I said I didn't have a room key, he gave us his key to use for power. So, we inexplicably checked in at 12 PM. A little while later, a girl knocked on our door to deliver our room key and retrieve the bellhop's temporary card. It felt quite heartwarming, especially since we were traveling with elderly parents and children, plus two large pieces of luggage. We had no idea where we would wait for two hours, especially since there's nothing around the hotel. The hotel's dining is also excellent, as you can see from the pictures.

The transportation is very inconvenient, as it's in the suburbs. The environment is pretty good and very quiet. The service is also just average. The hotel restaurant isn't convenient for dining, it's expensive, and the food isn't good. I won't choose this hotel again next time.

The room is exquisitely furnished and well-equipped, with an elegant ambiance. Highly recommended.

The hotel environment is great, the restaurant is delicious, and the staff are very welcoming. There was a small blood stain on the duvet cover, though. The hotel is a bit far from the Old Town scenic area, and you need to transfer to a public bus after getting off the hotel shuttle. However, the public buses in Florence are truly awful.

I honestly regret not staying here for another week! I'll definitely be back to this place on my next trip to Tuscany. Just a heads-up, the outdoor pool seems to be open from Monday to Friday.

This hotel was an amazing experience! The location is super convenient with great transport links. The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Overall, it was clean and hygienic, offering excellent value for money. I'd love to stay here again!

A real surprise just a few kilometers from Florence. Excellent welcome, very courteous staff, and a stay in a room with antique furnishings.

Decided to try a manor hotel in Florence. The property is quite expansive, with two separate accommodation areas. We opted for a large Rococo-style suite in the villa, which my daughter absolutely adored. It felt like we had the entire building to ourselves – a unique experience!

1. We booked their most expensive suite for two nights. Our Ctrip reservation clearly stated it would have two 1.8-meter large beds. Upon entering, we were surprised to find only one 0.7-meter single bed. After consulting the front desk, they offered to add another small bed to form a 1.4-meter bed. 2. We negotiated with the hotel to switch to a small suite with a garden and a single room for the second night, the combined cost of which was still less than our large suite. Initially, Ctrip mediated, and the hotel agreed but wouldn't refund the price difference. The next day, after we had packed our luggage, the front desk suddenly informed us we would have to pay an additional 200+ Euros to change rooms. We disagreed and were forced to stay in our original room. 3. For a room costing nearly 6,000 RMB per night, when we asked for a fried egg at breakfast, the server informed us we had to pay extra. This is the first time I've encountered such a situation in Europe. The only hot food items available for breakfast were milk, coffee, and bacon. 4. The hotel is quite far from the city center, and an Uber ride costs over 40 Euros. The hotel's shuttle bus requires advance booking and a separate fee. Even after getting off the shuttle, it's still a long way to the attractions, requiring a 28-minute walk or a taxi ride costing 20-30 Euros. 5. The service was unenthusiastic, and staff did not proactively offer assistance with luggage during check-out. The gravel path from our room to the front desk made it very difficult to maneuver luggage. 6. During check-out, the hotel added an 80 Euro "service charge" (essentially a tip) to our bill. Fortunately, we caught it in time and had it removed. 7. The hotel has no facilities for children. 8. The steak for dinner was absolutely awful; it was burnt and bitter, and we barely ate any of it. 9. The air conditioning in the room was extremely noisy and could not be adjusted.

It's a bit of a drive from Florence, so having a car is definitely recommended for easier access. The breakfast was exquisite, and while the rooms had a charming, vintage feel, the overall experience truly exceeded my expectations. Tuscany is stunning and absolutely worth a second visit!
