What a strange place , first reception experience ok but awful after that , first room we were given had broken furniture and missing cupboard door after complaining we were eventually moved to another but only after being told by receptionist not to fuss , second room better but chair still split. Very aggressive instructions in room about cleaning the kitchen yourself. This claims to be a 4 star hotel ! Well not like any 4 star I have ever visited, old tired furniture and fittings, no access to any of the spa facilities. Only saving grace is the pool on site. I have never been threatened with a fine if I don’t empty the bin! We won’t be back , you really need to do better

Excellent ! We had a smart box and we spent a super wk in this hotel. All is perfect. nice room, refined kitchen, nickel room and very sympathetic staff ! Not hesitate, you will not be disappointed. You are strongly recommended this establishment.
