Very good stay in this hotel and very well received. Spacious and well-equipped deluxe room.

Checking in and checking out takes too long

Terrible experience, they told us that we had to pay a deposit for the rooms, the receptionist's dataphone was turned off and he made us repeat the payment, in the end they blocked us 400 euros which today, a month later, are still blocked. We have called the hotel and they tell us to write to the email, we have written and they do not answer the messages. When they gave us the cards to go up to the rooms and we opened the first one, it was dirty. They gave us a dirty room. I had to go down to reception again to get changed. The rooms do not look like the one in the photos, they are totally old and dirty. The reception is modern but when you go to the rooms it looks like another hotel. The next day I had to iron a shirt and I went to their ironing room, it smelled horrible, the iron was dirty and it only ended up dirtying my shirt. And to finish the experience when checking out and asking for the money, a rather rude worker named Tidiane told us along with the same receptionist who received us that there was nothing they could do to call the bank. To this day everything remains unresolved and I am very disappointed in this hotel chain. I really didn't expect this level of disaster.

バスタブの排水口の切り替えが壊れており、フロントに申し出たが応急処置はされたが（修理できず）4日間シャワーでした。同じフロアにもう一部屋借りておりましたので移動するのが困難でした。 又、部屋のお掃除がされてないような気がしました。壁際に落ちていた白いゴミが到着日から出発日まで目についておりました。

Good location near metro for access to Paris. Underground parking (€20/night). Very hot in room (4 people, 10th floor). Sofa bed ok. Super little restaurant ‘Melting Pot’ nearby.

The reception staff are nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is convenient , about 5min walk to Gallienii Metro station. Recommendation: it will be nice if drinking still water are provided.

Sympathique dans l ensemble

L’hôtel est neuf, les chambres familiales sont très spacieuses, propres, le petit déjeuner est bien fourni ! Le seul bémol est le parking en supplément 20€ la nuit!

Première chambre avec odeur de tabac/cigare insupportable. Changement de chambre pour une chambre avec drap housse en papier, matelas sale, douche sale et gobelet de café usé non nettoyé.

This property is possibly the worst property in Paris. It’s got the worst smell, awful service and the rooms have bed bugs. Please by all means avoid this hotel at all costs. This hotel is the worst,

Very nice, clean and well kept hotel in France. Would definitely stay again if I come back.
