Location is good, Staff are nice except for one guard I don’t know if he hates his job but a little help outside the parking would be nice because it’s too dark he’s just sitting and sleeping not even helping the front desk lady helped us to carry a big luggage shout out to that lady I think shein afternoon to night shift overall I would give it a 6/10 rooms is small no table even for a side table and chair and yes it’s quite old

For its price, I would say that it’s a decent hotel to stay in. It’s very close to Burnharm Park / Baguio Night Market, I love their breakfast menus w/ unlimited Iced Tea & Coffee, and how close is it to Pranaya Wellness (a big win if you’re into yoga / meditation sessions). I had a comfy stay with my fam. Hotel staffs / guards are very helpful & friendly also. Only downside prolly would be their towels (hope they would change the textile, it’s not absorbent & doesn’t dry easily either). Even without the air conditioning, not a problem at all bc the weather in Baguio is really cold as well when we went.

The attached shrimp restaurant was excellent. The breakfast was also satisfying. It's a minor point, but there was one day without coffee, which was a bit disappointing, but the food itself was great in both quality and quantity. The staff were also very kind. I will definitely stay here again.

The room is suitable for families (we are 5) with enough space to accommodate everyone comfortably. The beds were comfortable, and the bed sheets and towels were clean, although the towels looked a bit worn and were not the quality I expected. The bathroom was spacious, clean, and equipped with a hot shower. One thing to note is that there is ongoing renovation work and the construction noise can be heard from inside the room. The rooms are also not very soundproof, so you may hear other guests walking or talking in the corridor. On the positive side, the restaurant was excellent and the staff provided great service throughout our stay. Overall I would recommend this hotel for budget-conscious travelers. Just don't expect luxury amenities or a staycation type experience. It's a good option if you're mainly looking for a comfortable place to sleep while exploring the area.

Our stay with Hotel Henrico is good. Hotel staff are very accomodating. Nice location, very close to SM, Burnham Park and easy to go to Night Market.

The place is good, conveniently located near everything. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the food is delicious. For me, it's a 9/10.

The hotel’s really nice. It was a pleasant hotel to stay in. It can be a bit steep going there, but well, it’s Baguio so it’s not a surprise.

The hotel has good food. The hotel is best for budgetarian travellers. The room has heater and electric fan.

I cannot say the same comment for the other rooms in the hotel but the room where we stayed in was quite dusty and the bed sheets thy gave us have some stains. But the location is very close to Baguio Landmarks like SM city Baguio.

The location is ok can if you injoy walking, it is a good exercise walking to the city proper like burnham park. Their food is delicious. Cleanliness need to improve more ,if you are the sensitive  type.The stuff is friendly and accommodating.

Five minutes from Central Park, great location. There's an academy with its own campus nearby where you can study English. The staff are always ready to help, and there's a delicious restaurant with breakfast included.

I would not have booked this place if I had known that it was actually this far from Burnham Park. The location pinned in the app is misleading, as the actual location is considerably farther from the park than indicated. We also encountered a clogged CR drain that needs immediate attention. Additionally, the linen feels damp when cold, which is uncomfortable and may indicate that it was not properly dried. Overall, the actual location and the condition of some of the facilities did not meet our expectations based on the information provided in the app.

Friendly staff(especially the morning receptionist lady)Very welcoming, free breakfast, very quiet. My only complaint is(maybe only the room I got) water pressure is weak and there is some molds in the window. But  I still recommend to stay in here.
