"InterContinental hotels always get full marks for their facilities when they're new. The staff are friendly, but they won't go out of their way to fulfill small requests. The seawater is too dirty to swim in, but you can still go beachcombing and catch tiny crabs. The breakfast is delicious."

"The hotel's design is truly unique, situated on an island that, as I understand, the hotel entirely owns. While needing to take a ferry to and from the hotel occasionally felt a bit inconvenient, the service was outstanding. You barely had to lift a finger with your luggage, and everything was meticulously organized. Breakfast was plentiful, and the Italian restaurant was decent, but the seafood restaurant was definitely the best. The pool and sauna facilities were excellent. I also want to extend a special thanks to the hotel's service team. I left my power bank behind but had already arrived in Hanoi. The hotel arranged for it to be couriered to me. Although I had to cover the shipping cost, getting my forgotten item back made me really happy! 😊"
