來百色基本都是住明月湖酒店，朋友來玩也就幫她們定的雙床房，環境什麼的都還不錯，離高鐵站很近，就是附近沒啥吃的，還有就是説贈送的下午茶沒有。早餐什麼的，今天去吃的時候已經九點鐘了東西沒有很多種類。

過年期間2月6號入住，一共入住6天時間，因為出差開車，在2月6號就已經把車牌發給酒店錄入地下室門禁系統，工作人員失誤未及時錄入，2月8日凌晨1點有急事需要開車出行，結果車牌未能識別，地下室無網絡手機信號，耽擱在地下室半個多小時，最後走出路邊才能打通前台電話，才成功駛出地下室。
2月8號9號下午，酒店連續2天沒有熱水，因為要洗澡出門應酬，跟酒店反應情況，酒店答覆，目前無辦法解決，衹能先大冷天洗冷水出門，酒店商量後解決辦法退回一個晚上房費。
大年初一晚上開車回去，酒店停車場已停滿車輛，跟前台溝通，前台説，停滿了我們也沒有辦法，衹能找別的地方或者停在路邊，但是停在路邊有被貼罰單的風險，因為喝了酒衹能讓代駕先停到距離酒店50米外的停車場，隨後回來跟酒店交涉，酒店答覆以前也沒有遇到這種停滿車的問題，所以我們也不懂怎麼辦，次日駛離停車場收費20元。
酒店位置位於主幹道高架橋旁，噪音污染非常嚴重，每天凌晨開始都能聽到車輛聲音，睡眠質量不好的謹慎選擇。
以上就是本次入住酒店的全部經歷，酒店處理突發事情經驗非常欠缺，但是溝通態度還算不錯，也積極的去溝通處理，不過就是沒有得到一個很好的處理結果。
廣西旅遊目前正在網絡跟實際非常火爆發展，特別是過年期間，大家遊客湧入，百色作為革命老區，旅遊城市之一，希望的是能給來旅遊，來出差的人一個好的印象，酒店作為來到一個城市第一個抵達的落腳點，給遊客第一印象一定要是積極向上的，也算是為百色旅遊作出貢獻，希望能得到改進。
