Had a comfortable stay at Hyatt Place during my business trip. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the service was commendable. However, the breakfast options could use improvement for a more satisfying start to the day.

Everything good, room clean, bedding set and towels still look new. The room's price ok and include breakfast for 6 persons. Near Gas station and mini market. Worthy for families. Will be here again 😊

I had stayed in this hotel a year ago and it was great. This trip was not the same. Homeless would ask me for money in the parking lot. The front counter staff seemed preoccupied when you were waiting to check in and if you needed assistance. Will not stay here if I have to go back to this place.

For our first time stay ever at a Hyatt, we had a wonderful experience. Big rooms for a comfortable stay. Quiet and staff is friendly and respectful. The only thing was refrigerator was missing temperature nozzle and we did find that there was crumbs left on carpet like it wasn’t vacuumed.

The staff was very friendly and responsive. The hotel was very clean and nice. The shopping center across the street has a Starbucks, Trader Joe’s, and a couple other helpful shops/restaurants.

Lovely place, nice rooms, many choices for breakfast. Gas, restaurant and grocery very close. Free parking. No jacuzzi, pool isn’t heated in winter. Great lobby and friendly staff.

Upon arriving and checking in we were given our room on the third floor and opened the door and found that it was not even cleaned. Return to the desk told them about this they gave us a new room. We had been traveling all day to get to Bakersfield because of a family member in the hospital on Christmas Day, not very many places are open for food so the girls who work the desk said they cook, no they do not cook that is a fact that was the worst hamburger have ever ate in my entire life.

It's a pet friendly hotel, there was pee in front our room when we stepped out in the morning and coffee was also spilled in front of our door and not cleaned up for the 2 days we were there(it was also during Christmas). Other than that, everything else was great. Breakfast was good. Hotel staff was friendly.
