Very poor stay — unacceptable cleanliness and service Location and property Good location and spacious premises, but appearance outside doesn’t make up for severe problems inside. Cleanliness and hygiene Room on arrival was dirty: floor dusty and not mopped, bed cover and pillow covers stained and dusty, blanket faded and with small holes. Bathroom was in poor condition: filthy mirror and broken bathroom window glass. Swimming pool was unclean and full of insects — unsafe and unpleasant to use. Food preparation and service appeared unhygienic; we did not feel comfortable eating there. Facilities and maintenance TV in the room was not working. AC remote was provided only after a 5-hour wait. Overall lack of routine maintenance and housekeeping; many basic items were neglected. Service and staff Room service response times and general hotel service were very poor. Individual room attendants were polite, but their efforts did not compensate for management’s failure to maintain basic standards. Overall impression Despite a promising location and large property, this hotel fails on essential aspects: cleanliness, food hygiene, maintenance, and timely service. Our stay was unsanitary and disappointing — not recommended until major improvements are made.
