This was my first stay at The Ritz-Carlton and it was simply wonderful. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious.

I had a great stay at The Ritz-Carlton Baku. The service was outstanding, with staff who were attentive, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a busy day. The hotel facilities are top-notch and really live up to the Ritz-Carlton standard. The only downside is the location, which feels a bit off compared to other central options in Baku. That said, if you don’t mind being slightly away from the heart of the city, the overall quality and experience more than make up for it.

When registering, the reception asked me to book 700 manat from my card and actually booked it and I left on 2/5, during which I spent 300 manat, and I had 400 blocks left, and the amount was not returned to my card so far. I sent an email to the hotel to no answer no attention
