We booked this hotel through a reputed platform as we have always done. On the day of arrival, confirmation was asked by the manager, which we did. Multiple times we had conversation on WhatsApp, regarding commuting to the property as outside vehicles are not allowed in the Icherishehar area, Baku. They asked for 20 Mannat for 300-400 metre distance siting its 17 minute drive by car ! Upon arrival we got the shock, the worst experience of our lives. The receptionist told us to wait for the manager, we insisted that we were tired after 6 hour journey, and wanted room immediately. It was evening time too. After odd 15 mins a man came who did not even bother to look at us, let alone having conversation. The previous man kept on insisting to go to another apartment in place of hotel room which we booked, we denied. These guys are absolutely cheaters, arrogant, thoroughly unprofessional and inconsiderate ! He even denied using washroom which was needed at that moment. At the last minute we had to book another hotel at 7 pm, far from this area in order to feel safe, as this place wasn’t having good vibes. Luggage had to be dragged again, to accessible road for taking cab. Horrible experience ! Avoid this hotel at any cost. This property must be removed from listing of the sites providing hotel services.
