The hotel is located away from the city center in a quiet area. The staff is very nice and helpful, especially the chef who prepares omelets daily 😄. Shout out to the waiters from Zahra restaurant: Yusif, Vasif, and Ibrahim. It's clear the hotel has seen better days, but the bed is very comfortable, and the rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Rooms are cleaned daily, and towels and toiletries are replaced. The pool (a bit cold), sauna, and gym are all large. It's a shame you can't get fresh coffee from an espresso machine at breakfast; only pre-brewed coffee is available. For a 4-star hotel, this is quite poor.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and the second time booking their two-bedroom suite. For me, it’s the best option in Baku. The suite is very spacious, tidy, and the bed is extremely comfortable. The bathroom is clean and roomy, and overall the suite feels open and well-organized. We faced a small issue with the water being too hot, but they immediately sent someone to fix it and it was resolved within minutes. Everyone working at the hotel is genuinely helpful and very polite. I truly appreciate their service, and every time I visit Baku, I will definitely come back and stay here again.

5-star hotel. The rooms are large, the hotel is clean. The hotel is a bit far from the center and you can't enter the men's and women's baths together, which is a disadvantage.

Good intent from the hotel. Well sized rooms. Welcoming staff. Need to work on the details - eg better soap, softer toilet roll, keeping iron in the room, faster service, more water bottles etc.
