The Family Hotel – Free Massage

Big and clean room. The toilet is also very clean. The employees are very helpful. The location is far from restaurants and the metro. But this hotel is really value for money.

Some staff were rude and saying bad words to annoy. The night before there was an incident with another guest and he said a staff member threw a glass at him over an altercation over a guest. I heard him say this in the hallway to the staff member..never a good way to resolve misunderstandings.

Very nice hotel and pleasant environment, a very good place for you. The staff is very good. Overall Good.

I went to this hotel since I had late arrival and it was quite close to Airport compared to to heading to center of Baku The night I stayed was quite awful Room was stinky even bed was collapsed a bit so I had to balance myself to not roll in to the middle. Room was cold and very noise due to it was room right next to main road. Also since it was late I couldnt get any massage and they said I could get one in the morning but it didnt happen

⭐☆☆☆☆ I stayed at Family Hotel Baku and honestly, the only good thing about this place was the staff — especially Mehemmed, Rasul, and Eltun, who were friendly and tried to help. Apart from them, everything else was terrible. The room wasn’t clean, the facilities were old and uncomfortable, and the service was very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone!!!
