This hotel is excellent! The location is perfect – the Old Town is right next door, there's a lively promenade nearby with plenty of restaurants and cafes, and it's just a 5-minute walk to the embankment. The breakfasts are good, with lots of vegetables and fruits. The mattress and pillows are comfortable, and there's an iron in the room. However, there are a couple of downsides: the bedding has a strong bleach smell, and there are no tissues in the room.

Perfect location: only a 7-minute walk to the sea. We had a Premier room, which was spacious and comfortable. Everything you need is in the room. It's clean, with daily housekeeping. The linens, towels, and bathrobes are sparkling white. The bed is high, wide, and very comfortable. There's a swimming pool that's open until 11 PM. The breakfasts are simple yet high-quality. They truly go above and beyond to care for their guests here. We plan to return to Baku and definitely to this hotel.

Overall, I really liked the hotel. The location is excellent; our room (No. 217) had a direct view of the Old Town, and all the main attractions were within easy walking distance. The metro station was also close by. The rooms were well-equipped, and the breakfast was good. The staff was friendly, and there were no issues with Russian speakers. The only real downside was the old stains on the upholstered furniture and carpets; for a hotel of this caliber, it was quite uncomfortable. On the bright side, though, there are flocks of parrots flying around right next door in the park by the Philharmonic! So, all in all, we recommend this hotel!

Book it, you won't regret it! Cleanliness, location, services, and price – all great. The location is close to the Old City and very well-organized. The only thing far from the hotel (15 minutes) is the new area.

A fantastic hotel, with the most polite and friendly staff, and an ideal location, with direct access to the old town from the second floor and the picturesque waterfront from the first. The location to all attractions is excellent, everything is within walking distance, and there are an incredible number of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfasts are delicious and varied, with plenty of local delicacies and cheeses. As a true coffee lover, I missed the same variety in my coffee. The spacious dining room overlooks the courtyard, making you want to stop for a moment before immersing yourself in the era of historical heritage. Lots of fruit, especially for the chia desserts and freshly squeezed juices. The pool area has a pleasant atmosphere, with a beautiful view of the old town. It's spacious, bright, and quiet. And the paintings throughout the hotel are simply stunning and aesthetically pleasing! If I were to return, it would definitely be here!

A very satisfying and enjoyable stay. The hotel's location is superb! The restaurant on the second floor opens directly onto a park, offering direct access to the old town! The park is beautiful, and you can visit the ruins of the ancient bathhouse! Room 414 had its own small balcony with stunning views of the park below. Most importantly, smoking is allowed outdoors! The hotel thoughtfully provided an ashtray. It would have been even better if there was a chair! The view from the second-floor restaurant is also beautiful! Some guests were enjoying coffee on park benches – very relaxing! The ambiance is absolutely first-class! Samira, the housekeeping lady on the fourth floor, was absolutely wonderful! She gave us four swans during our stay! She was always smiling, making our stay very enjoyable! Seeing her so happy made us happy every day! We want to thank her for the swans; it was truly touching. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional. Because our flight departed at 10 PM, we requested a late check-out, and they readily extended it to 6 PM, free of charge. We were truly grateful. We had previously stayed at the Merchant Hotel across the street. Wanting to try the Merchant Hotel's breakfast with my wife, and since it's part of the same company, their manager immediately arranged for us to have breakfast at the Merchant Hotel the next day! Extremely efficient, worthy of applause! We stayed for five nights and explored the entire neighborhood! Paul's Restaurant, just to the left of the hotel, was fantastic! We tried their mulled cherry wine in winter. A glass was the perfect complement to the winter atmosphere! From the restaurant on the second floor, you can walk through the park to the Old City Square. Just a few steps away is the popular Qaynana restaurant! Great value for money, but be prepared to queue! The hotel is right next to the Old City. Extremely convenient! Thank you for the wonderful memories!
