I stayed here only for a night but it was one of the best stay in hotel I ever had. The room is so spacious, minimally decorated with modern design and clean. The bath tub is really big and can fit 2 person. All the staff I encountered were very nice and promptly answered my questions. The price is definitely high but its worth it

Hands down the best hotel in Baku. Very friendly,helpful and amazing staff. Especially Mr. Hussayn was very friendly and went out of his way to help us and other guests in every way. Gem of a person and an amazing hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to the beach, and there are 2 Chinese restaurants nearby, which is very friendly to my Chinese stomach. The hotel staff are very nice, and the breakfast is also very good. I will definitely stay here next time I go to Baku!

Super Hotel with the Coolest Location! Incredible Bed and Linen! Cool Breakfast! But the Choice is of Course Poorer than in Thailand and Bali! And Very Uncomfortable and Cheap Slippers!!! And Everything Else is Super in the Hotel!!!!

The facilities are great, the staff are friendly, and the location of the gym is the best. Also, the swimming pool is very nice and the breakfast is excellent. Watermelon juice is very good

The breakfasts are wonderful, very tasty and varied! Not only were we not mistaken in choosing the hotel, but we were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere in general. We stayed here a year ago and had an excellent experience. This time I found some deterioration in the quality for example of the amenities, reduced to the essentials. The breakfast is of quality but limited. Reception staff available and prepared. Great breakfast staff. Excellent pool staff.

Everything here is curated for your needs. Staff is super attending and also intuitive, this JW property is the best one I have stayed so far, and I have been to few around EMEA Pros: Super close to boulevard, the road crossing is behind the entrance. Boulevard is incredible for both morning and evening jogs or walks, although mornings are very quiet Amazing swimming pool with incredible city views on 21st floor SPA is awesome and affordable for the brand and location Exec Lounge is well appointed in the 5th floor Elite members get instant recognition and upgrade was not an issue. Bed linen is amazing, I had the best sleep Cons I have struggled here as there are not any cons at all Suggestion would be though to introduce more local inspired food elements in Exec Lounge please

This was truly a memorable, relaxing and enjoyable stay. The entire staff is genuinely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay special. .The concierge, Mr Huseyn arranged for our tour guide and driver and recommended some awesome restaurants for us to savour delicious Azerbaijani cuisine. We needed to purchase a travel iron and another suitcase for the remainder of our travels and Mr Huseyn arranged for it so easily. We neeed items bubble wrapped and Elsevar took care of that with great care. Anything we asked for was made possible. The JWMarriott Baku is near the corniche and an easy walk to 3 malls, lots of restaurants, cafes and shops. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is a sumptuous spread. The hotel staff is well trained and is a great asset to this property. Everyone spoke English and just wanted to assist sincerely. Definitely will return to this hotel in the future.

We were allotted Sea View High Floor Rooms. The Ambience and the atmosphere of the hotel at the entrance is very positive and re-assuring to the guests that yea you’ve made a good choice. Our rooms were twin-bed and King bed which were inter-connecting. The delightful experience starts with the check-in which was done by the Front-Desk Executive Javed which was smooth indeed. I’ll recommend the Marriott Bonvoy application for smooth Check-In and in-room amenities and special requests. We were escorted to our rooms. The view felt like immersive from such high floor. The Executive Lounge being on the 5th Floor is an absolute necessity one should go for. Thereafter, the restaurant Zest serving everyday breakfast which was captained by Mrs. Aynur remarkable lady with a remarkable team and we were assisted by Raslan and Ozceb. Thereafter, the days went by wherein the local information was provided by Tamirlan and Murad Front-Desk Executive rather I’ll say more insight to the City than the concierge However, a caveat for the ‘At your Service’ who don’t pick up the calls and some staff members who are bit hard and spontaneous. Special Mention is for Chef Salim of Executive Lounge for the tastiest Azerbaijani Baklava alongwith Rena Executive as well as trainee Executive of Executive Lounge who took care of my family as they belong vegetarians who previously had limited options were having variety of options. As far as the restaurants were concerned there were 4 out of which we went to 2 wherein Zest I’ve already mentioned and the other is Oronero wherein we ordered Tagliatelle Verdi Al Ragù di agnello wherein the Tagliatelle was bit under-cooked otherwise the bolognese was great and the other dish was Linguine al pomodoro e stracciatella which was great as well. Hence the experience has been so delightful which will bring me back to the property. I’ll extend by gratitude to Mr. Nilesh Singh General Manager and Mr. Wido Kijne Hotel Manager for the zealously efforts in the upkeep of the property and for providing overall larger than life experience to the guests.
