Hyatt Regency Baku

The shower stank until we turned on the water. The next day, the same thing happened—something wrong with the pipes or the sewer system.

The Hyatt Hotel left us with wonderful memories. We were deeply touched by the proactive and warm service of staff Samra and Parviz, who were incredibly helpful during our check-in and meals. We were especially surprised when Samra proactively asked us questions in Chinese. If you need Chinese language skills while staying at this hotel, you can contact her. Hyatt has a great hotel culture; I've stayed at many hotels under this brand. I wish them a pleasant stay and hope they continue to care for every traveler who needs assistance.

The experience was excellent, and the price was incredibly reasonable! I booked the first night through Hyatt's official channels, and as a Globalist, I was upgraded to a suite (as shown in the picture). The second night was booked through Ctrip; without the official Hyatt channel, I would have likely stayed in a standard room.
