It was wonderful. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful in every way. We loved it, you were amazing! We had to leave early because of our flight. They even prepared packed lunches for us in case we couldn't stay for breakfast, which was very thoughtful. Thank you for everything, our sister country and its wonderful people.

Ivy Garden Hotel is a cozy, beautiful property about two kilometers from the city center. The staff is incredibly welcoming, and the dining area is stunning, complete with an outdoor terrace for warm days. The inclusive wellness area (pool, sauna, Turkish bath) is spotless and relaxing, and the kids' play area is a fantastic bonus. Our room was comfortable and accessible by a whisper-quiet elevator, though we wish the bed had been a bit larger! Room service was prompt but slightly pricey. The breakfast buffet was excellent, especially the lovely lady making fresh omelets. Another point is about the wifi connection was very slow, and took me long yo upload a short video! Or even to download. While the nightly rate could be more affordable given the distance from the center, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you, Ivy Garden team!

Clean and cozy room, delicious and varied breakfast, and very attentive and helpful staff. The hotel exceeded expectations: the room is always neatly cleaned, the atmosphere is calm, and the breakfasts every day pleased with the freshness and choice of dishes. Baku is a city that is impossible not to fall in love with. This time the trip was only for three days, but this beautiful city won my heart ❤️. I stayed at the Ivy Garden Hotel. A small boutique hotel, very cozy. For breakfast you can order an omelet, there is a lot of fruit, a variety of snacks and delicious coffee. The hotel is located a little away from the city center, but after long walks through the historical part, you can relax in the hammam or sauna with a swimming pool. And then order food to your room. I recommend!

We ordered a late booking for guests, the hotel took a 200 manat deposit from us, since the guests did not arrive, we called and warned, the hotel website says free cancellation and prepayment, but the hotel did not return the money, they did not give any documents or receipts for the deposit either. I do not recommend, very dishonest and rude staff
