Utopia Hotel

The hotel has a great location; staying in the old town is very atmospheric, and many attractions are within walking distance. The hotel is clean and serviced daily, but it was chilly at night, and the blankets were thin. The staff were very welcoming and welcoming. There's access to the panoramic rooftop. A staff member explained the main attractions and gave recommendations on where to visit. The breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is very small, only 4 rooms. The hotel is smoked all day long, strong smell of cigarettes, so not for smokers. Breakfast is given every day: an egg, 2 pieces of cucumber, tomato and a piece of cheese, a piece of orange or apple. I liked the location, not far from the metro. The staff is good.

Please do not come to this hotel. It is simply a HORRIBLE PLACE! It all started with our check-in at 4am, we discussed this with the hotel twice! But when we arrived no one met us, we had to sit in the corridor at night, the phones were not answered, in the end it turned out that the staff were sleeping. The room is just hell! Dirt, sticky stains on the floor, the walls are all dirty, brown stains on the toilet, ugh! The bed is impossible to sleep on - the floor is softer. The staff is just some kind of joke. Honestly, I have never met worse, although I have a lot of travel experience. Shame on this hotel!
