Awful! Our family was returning from Turkey to St. Petersburg with a layover in Baku. We decided to book this hotel for November 7th to 8th, hoping for a free shuttle, as the property itself stated that transportation was free from the airport to the hotel and back. Of course, you can't contact the hotel before booking a room, as is often the case. After booking, we decided to reach out to the hotel to ask how long the shuttle would take. They told us it would be about an hour, if I recall correctly. Well, that wasn't a huge deal; they said we should have called for it in advance... But the main thing is that, for some reason, it turns out they charge for it! It's only free for stays of 3 nights or more! There was no information about this anywhere! The question is: how were we supposed to know??? In the end, we didn't check in. The hotel, in a brazen manner, essentially took our money and refused to refund it, even though the administration said they would try to resolve our issue and that accounting would contact us later! But no one ever wrote back to me! I thought I had finally gotten through to the man I was communicating with via WhatsApp. I explained everything clearly, but it turned out to be useless. They didn't even return a small portion of the money, no compensation whatsoever!!! Nothing! Shame on this hotel, and boycott them!!!

The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were okay, and it was quiet. It was within walking distance of the old town. The breakfast was simple but adequate. The hotel is located above a flower shop and is a bit difficult to find.

The location is good, the waiters are good, but the hygiene is terrible and the facilities are not that good.

當地要求入境超過15天酒店要協助移民局註冊,這家酒店我我們都實現提醒過,結果酒店沒及時註冊導致同伴被移民局關小黑屋,還被罰了3200人民幣。差評,差評!差評!!

I had a lovely stay at La Casa Hotel Baku! The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-equipped, making it a perfect spot to relax after exploring the city. The location is great—close to many attractions and restaurants. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baku!

Full of scam and bad behavior. Very rude personel. The official site cancels reservation without noticing. And very irresponsible policy. Avoid it. There are a lot of better options in Bakü. They even do not know how communicate with clients.

This hotel was a great choice considering the location, the well organised breakfast, the hotel's cleanliness and room service and all in all everything else. I would also like to thank all the working staff especially Mr. Fareed and Mr. Jamil from reception for they were very helpful. Definitely recommended.

Unfortunately we had a booking here and prior to departure for Baku we asked this hotel if they had a shuttle service. They said they did, a free one. So at the airport we saw a guy holding a sign that said “la casa” which I found strange because there are more than one hotel with the “la casa” name, then I saw that on the flip side of the paper that he was holding it said “La Casa Nizami”. Since we didn’t see anyone else holding a “La Casa Sahil” sign we asked this guy if he was waiting for us by chance. The guy next to him had our names on his phone from the hotel. Then a nightmare started….we were taken to another hotel (even though we mentioned the name of our hotel numerous times and showed him the address.) The driver did this to us twice - the second time he took both us and the family in the van with us that also had a booking at La Casa Sahil to La Casa Nizami. We all refused. We made the driver take us to the correct location and nobody apologized they just gave us excuses about the locations being owned by the same owner and some lie about not having rooms. If that was true, how come when we finally got to La Casa Sahil a room was ready for us? The family that was in the van with us had three young children and it was so hot. They played the same games with this family. It was a horrible experience for all of us. If you decide to stay here, go there on your own with the bus (much cheaper than the UK looking taxis that will overcharge you immensely) from the airport to make sure you avoid this issue!!! I have traveled to 46 countries and never in my life experienced something like that before! Only had a small blanket for a room with two adults and had to ask for another one with a duvet cover on it (weird). Be careful with the small shower nozzle, it doesn’t sit well in its older and It fell on the floor and I could have broken my toe. The breakfast is set up in their small cafe area. Its a small setup but has just about everything you need and the woman preparing it is very nice. She made our breakfast experience extra special. No complaints about the breakfast. They will want you to pay in cash. We tried to pay with a US credit card and it didn’t work. We found that many places - even the carpet museum wouldn’t accept US credit cards. Just an fyi. Overall, I would not return myself but the price was good for the location. The strange location switcharoo game wasn’t cool and I would never return to a place that I experienced something like that at. Our room was in the main hall and we could hear everything. The room overall was fine but there were these small annoyances and our neighbors with their screaming kids at 2am that woke us up. Apparently it’s ok to let your kids scream and play in the hotel hallway at any hours. I had to ask twice for the noise to stop so we could sleep. This happened in the second hotel we stayed at as well, apparently there are no “quiet hours”.

awful place, the beds are full of dust so i had allergy all the time. most suites have windows facing backyard of the building wich looks terrible. AC wasnt filtering the air and almost no airflow from the open window made the air dustier over time. I asked for the refund for other dates i havent lived there and they didn't return the money, awful place. If you are allergic to dust better book passage boutique in which im currently at, or olf hotel which is a bit more expensive. you can find other allergic free hotels on trip advisor.
