It was very good location and awsome food with enough spaced rooms

I had wonderful stay at Parkside hotel (staybridge hotel new name) and even thou i had an issue with my initial booking but Emin did his best and solved it in no time,, many thanks to Emin and the rest of Parkside team.

Very good hotel . Just try one time and you will see

I had a wonderful stay at Parkside hotel, as Mr. Emin at the reception did go above and beyond for the guests, as i had an issue with my booking and he was very understanding and helpful when solving the issue. I would definitely go back and stay whenever i’m in Baku.

Great hotel friendly staff and big rooms. Hotel is clean and rooms have everything you need with great views of the city. The rooms have floor to ceiling windows with views over the city the view are outstanding. The hotel is well placed for traveling next to rail station also 1k from city centre plenty of place to eat and drink.

This is the first time I'm trying to get some experience but Nod Good Experience To stay in this Apartment because when I'm enter the room it was bed smell I'm inform to reception receptionist talk me I'm sending someone now but I'm waiting till midnight no one come to poot air freshener,not much things inside room

Yaklaşık 45 gün boyunca kaldığım otelde herşey mükemmeldi. Adeta kendinizi evinizde hissediyorsunuz. Otel şehrin merkezinde. Yakınlarında metro , avm ,otobüs durakları gibi imkanları var. Gitmek istediğiniz yaya olarak gidebilirsiniz. Oda genişliği , temizlik , kahvaltı , çalışan arkadaşların ilgi ve alakası samimiyeti çok güzel. Herşey çok güzeldi . Samira, Mayıs, Perviz, İrfan, Kenan, Elnur, Fegan, Kemal, Emin ve adını hatırlayamadığım tüm arkadaşlar hepinize samimiyetinizden dolayı çok teşekkür ederim. Hepinizi seviyorum. Bir sonraki Bakü seyahatimde tekrar görüşmek üzere.

During my visit to Azerbaijan I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. First of all I got a warm welcome in my arrival. It made me feel like at home. Staff was always friendly and helpful, they delivered the best possible servise. The restaurant was offering delicious dishes, which we enjoyed a lot. I am looking forward to visit the hotel again. Hotel rooms were good with small kitchenette especially the family room. Good view. Clean. Multiple TVs and seating area. Good bathrooms. Earlier room cleaning by noon would be better. Gym equipment need an upgrade. Hotel was kind to make an evening social for guests with snacks and drinks. No strong hotel policy on guests making excessive noise / music all night. No standard services like bell boy to help with luggage outside normal working hours!

Very happy with my stay at the hotel. Close to everything you need when you vist Baku. Close to the F1 Track. Friendly and helpful staff, nice big and clean rooms with a great view. Reception desk is at 5 th floor which is a bit unusual, but no problem to get used to.

We had the best time here. All thanks to the lovely staff of Staybridge Baku, special thanks to Mr. Farid who assisted us through whatsapp before we even travelled and also throughout our journey he was so kind to guide us at every step. & Mr. Parviz and the whole staff for being so hospitable and kind. We were upgraded to the executive suite on 15th floor because it was our anniversary. This is the most gorgeous room in the whole hotel. The view is just next level - we could see the whole city skyline, the sea, the flaming towers from here. The balcony was sooo huge. Their beds are comfortable & cleanliness is also very well taken care of. Their TV had netflix youtube which I wasn't expecting to be honest, which we would watch after a long day out so we never got bored here. We stayed 5 days and did not have any single issue. Highly recommended if you visit Baku. Its a beautiful city with beautiful and friendly people.
