Movenpick Winter Park Hotel Baku

The hotel is good, and the location is convenient—just a 5-minute walk to the Old City. There's a grocery store right across the alley. The gym has all the basics you need, and there's a sauna too. It's a shame there's no pool. Breakfast is served on the 15th floor with a view of the Caspian Sea. In the room, there's a kettle and a capsule coffee machine. The reception area is very beautiful.

Excellent hotel, and the staff are truly amazing. I highly recommend it. The only issue is the car noise.

Good hotel. What I liked most was its convenient location – it's about a 7-10 minute walk to the pedestrian street and 10-15 minutes to the Old Town. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily, however, they are in need of renovation. The shower leaks, some wallpaper is torn, and there are other minor issues. It's clear that the lobby and corridors have been recently refurbished, but it seems the rooms haven't been updated yet.

Beautiful, tidy, and close to the city center. The staff are cooperative and cheerful, and the breakfast is also wonderful.

The location was fantastic. This is the first country I've seen where you can stay at a Mövenpick for such a low price. The Courtyard by Marriott right in front was also very cheap. However, for sightseeing, staying at the Marriott would mean constantly crossing a long main road, which seemed like a hassle, so the Mövenpick is recommended for its convenient shortcut. The service was a bit lacking as they didn't carry my suitcase upstairs, but I'm grateful they helped me out with another issue. The front desk staff were always smiling and kind. For this price, it's definitely acceptable. It was quiet, and the bed was soft and smelled nice. It was a good stay.
