Pool and beach staff offered amazing services. Bell staff are great too. Housekeeping is not as good, rooms are not cleaned well, we found our bathroom rugs and shower area to be uncleaned and still dirty after housekeeping. Necessary items such as tissue were not replenished.

The hotel in this vibrant city is great, with convenient transportation. It's about a 35-minute drive from the airport and high-speed rail station. The rooms are clean, and the front desk service is excellent. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time. 😊
