0 This place is horrible!! Since we arrived the owner was so rude she did not even say hello...after she told us there was no booking under our name (it was) we called our travel agent who confirmed it was legit! When I went back she was even more rude and called her husband out. In the phone the agent was trying to help and the guy started to yell at me to get out! It was very nice...I left because I was still on the phone with the official help and I didn't want to be disrespectful. Later we just realized after the official confirmation they sold out twice the same room for other people!! This is disgusting and illegal!! This story will continue...
