GGuest UserThis hotel truly excels in comfort and service. The place is incredibly charming, well-organized, and luxurious. It was an absolutely wonderful stay, with impeccable cleanliness and sophisticated hospitality. It's one of the best hotels I've ever experienced. The peaceful and luxurious atmosphere is definitely worth experiencing. The venue is artistically detailed throughout. The excellent service and ultimate sense of tranquility made for a beautiful experience that I hope to repeat.

PPashaPashaA good hostel. Very clean rooms and a kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, including a cooler with drinking water. There's a small common area with a TV. It's on the 18th floor, and the building has two elevators. The hostel is quiet and peaceful. There's a good supermarket nearby that sells everything you need, as well as local cafes and restaurants. The beach is 4 km away; you need to take a taxi, or walk for an hour. The beach is nice and clean. The people who work there are wonderful. I highly recommend the hostel.

From Charge airport 20min to taxi, beach 5min walk. public but quite clean, there are rescuers, toilets and showers. The view is a bit spoiling the industrial enterprise nearby, but the water is very clean.
The hotel itself is convenient, there is a swimming pool inside, beach towels, acceptable breakfast. large rooms, although very simple inside. Clean regularly, water is given, staff is polite, next to there is a very good shop - you can buy everything you need.
In the pedestrian accessibility there is an oceanarium and a marine museum - too very basic, but at once it is normal. 5 minutes by taxi you can get to the embankment of the Cornish - there is relatively beautiful and a lot of restaurants

The only minor issue was that the room was a bit dim due to the window facing a neighboring building. Perhaps brighter lighting within the room could enhance the ambiance. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that this establishment values exceptional hospitality. Traveling with a toddler can be quite challenging, but the staff at [Hotel Name] went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. They were incredibly accommodating to our requests, making us feel like we were at home. Our 2-year-old son was welcomed with open arms, and the hotel thoughtfully provided us with child-friendly amenities that made our stay much more comfortable. Our room is very spacious and well-appointed and it was also meticulously clean – an aspect that's especially important to us during these times. Let's talk about the food – a pleasant surprise that truly delighted our taste buds. As a Filipino with a different palate, I didn't know what to expect from the hotel's cuisine. However, I was blown away by the diverse range of options on the menu and their exceptional taste. The flavors were thoughtfully crafted, and each dish was a masterpiece in itself. Indeed our stay was an absolute delight. The family-friendly atmosphere, exceptional service, and comfortable accommodations made our short staycation truly special. We left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, grateful for the memories we created during our time there. GGuest UserРазочарование ((( в ОАЭ не первый раз, крайний были в сентябре, но в Аджмане, тоже 4 звезды на первой линии, отель огонь 🔥! Этот отель взяли до вылета за 3 дня .Мы не привередливы в еде и обстановке от слова совсем, но тут реально проблема и с тем, и с тем 👎🏽, про персонал вообще молчу, грубые, резкие, с завтрака взяли три яйца, к нам как бешенный подлетел уборщик и начал орать на всю столовку(по другому не могу назвать данное место) : «Мадам, мадам, должны 100 дерхам быстро!!!» 🤣🤦🏼♀️ , чуть не убил за три яйца)))) воды питьевой нет на территории, ни на завтрак , ни на ужин, спросили, они ответили - платно!То что кладут в номер это 1 бутылка, а нас 3 человека… пляж в бычках , но отдать должное широкий, лежаков свободных полно, заход замечательный, есть рыбки, только за пляж поставила 2 звезды, НО будьте аккуратны, тут каждый день на ногах и кроксах прилипала толи нефть, толи мазут… не отмывается ((( бассейн как бассейн - норм, теплее чем вода в заливе. Номер был куплен в основном здании с балконом, дали ободранный шале , с первой уборкой забрали личные , специально сложенные отдельно упаковочные пакеты, берем всегда их, что б потом обувь сложить при вылете… первый раз такое))) боялись, что вынесут сумки))) убрали в шкаф))) тапок и халатов нет, полотенца все в дырах(((
Про спортивный зал : женские и мужские часы , заявлен до 19:00 - выгнали (да именно выгнали в грубой форме) в 17:30! Вайфай ловит везде, еще звезда) есть магазин , рядом с отелем, цены как везде. До Дубай 20 минут на такси. Контингент, русские, спокойные пожилые и пары с детьми.
Итог: сюда не вернемся, заявленные 4 звезды, вообще не соответствуют , уж тем более в эмиратах! В сезон отель стоит в два раза дороже, радует только, что взяли его реально дешево , 6 дней завтрак-ужин, на троих 88000₽, без перелета.

There are many food below the hotel, but they are all Indian food and Indian restaurants. I recommend the nearby fruits. One thing I must admit is that Indian fruits are really good.
The room is not cleaned every day, but once every day; that is, it is cleaned on Monday, not on Tuesday, and only on Wednesday. And the cleaning time is very late, most of the time it will not come to clean until after 5:00 pm.
