"The facilities are decent (the bedding is excellent). The environment is also okay (it's located at a transportation hub, so some noise is understandable; the hotel thoughtfully provided 3M earplugs, but you really should fix that window that doesn't close properly). The service attitude is just average (but that doesn't really matter anyway). Now for the main event: a cockroach with a split tail appeared in my room's bathroom! Is that one of your staff or a hotel feature? I really think such a basic mistake shouldn't happen. I'm not afraid of cockroaches myself, and I was too tired that day to bother changing rooms.
