"About a 1km hike to the train station and a similar distance into the centre. Good size apartment with some basic cooking facilities. Combined shower / bath with shower head fixed too low. Very good breakfast. Main problem was the noise from drunken partygoers walking by in the middle of the night: hard to sleep. Also noise from stomping and slamming doors."

GGuest UserThe hotel is only 12 minutes away from the train station, that was important for me as I was arriving late and checking out early. Breakfast is truely amazing - has everything, you can have it inside or in the outside inner area. The room is very unusual and has this red light option.

GGuest UserSeveral incidents occurred, firstly a bath problem that leaves the water, so impossible to take a bath, then cold water. ( I made a person intervene, she told me that it actually might be because of the previous reservation that used all the hot water).
The hotel is a very good hotel, and it is a very good hotel. The worst is that the person told me ”I tried to connect to you on the room that it doesn't work”, eh ... I have a mobile phone + email address in case ... short.
I'm transferred from the room, very well. Shower that works with hot water, but room not at the height of the previous. So the next day I ask to return to the previous. I'm told that it is not possible because of the household. I understand, but good .... didn't give my room number and give a room with the minimum benefits I paid ( have hot water). It was very disappointed to know that I had already come and I loved the hotel.

GGuest UserThis was a last minute reservation for missing a train connection. The two-room suite comfortably fit up to 4 adults with kitchenette and working towel heaters. Onsite laundry and optional continental breakfast. We had some older adults that had trouble using the bathtub safely, however, we found everything else adequate. They will hold your bags free of charge for a few hours if needed since checkout is by 11am. The metro station is in easy walking distance to explore Toulouse too. We will need to plan another trip to stay here again and explore this charming city.
