It was better than expensive hotels or resorts~ I really liked the cleanliness~ I didn't write a review originally, but I wrote it because I think other people should know it. ㅎㅎ I stayed in Phoenix Pyeongchang, Satisfaction is higher than pension ㅎㅎㅎ I will have to go here next time I travel to Pyeongchang ~ Hygiene is really the best!

The accommodation is so good. best of best But be careful when you're at bbq. There may be nothing to do nearby. Instead, the accommodation condition is really good From towels to toiletries, no bedding or smell, fluffy and moody, sofas are fluffy, and the facilities are reasonable. Especially in the rainy season, it's not completely outdoors, so the bbq is also very good, and the sound insulation is really good, so if you play at ease, the neighbor? I don't have to worry about it. Five people stay well and gonidi

The place is good, 7 minutes to ski and has a supermarket and eatery place nearby. Honestly the room is nice, with cooking facilities but the owner was not friendly at all. The toilet was stuck and leak they came with only the plunger and ask us settle ourself. Is winter and we came with kids, the kids built a snowman and they destroyed the snowman after we went for ski trip. We are a group of 10 and we wanted to cook our dinner. There is a small hut with table and chair and BBQ facilities, we ask to BBQ facilities (We are willing to pay, 10,000 won as stated) but she said is winter so we can’t use the BBQ pit, ended up we use the stove to cook up the meat. The husband and wife came in to the huts and told us we can’t do BBQ but we explained to her we just cook the meat and we didn’t do any BBQ. We left the place with cleaner than we came in. I have to WhatsApp her and show her the place is cleaned. The warn us that we must left the place by 1am but in fact all of us finished eh 9.30pm every day since we are tired from Ski. During the last day, they came to us and I was thinking they come and say goodbye but they just make sure we throw every single piece of rubbish outside the house. My husband wear shoe and just step to take our luggage and the owner insist us to take out the shoe before we went in to the house. Although we have explained, we just step in and take the luggage and go, he insisted us to take out the shoes. I have been travelling all around the world and we do understand every cultural is different but as the operator of tourist industry, the owner has to be service minded. If you can’t accept any international travellers then please do not list your place in any platform or put up a notice that international tourist is not permitted to stay there and we won’t book accordingly. Is such a shame to see this happened to us after our 5th trip to Korea and our 3rd trip to Pyeongchang for ski.

The overall service met our expectations. For beginner skiers like us, this ski resort is more than adequate. There hasn't been any recent snowfall, so all the snow on the slopes is man-made. The hotel room was spacious, a family-style layout with a large bed and a small bed, perfect for a family trip.

I booked a 61-pyeong (approximately 200 square meters) Noble Suite, but there were no photos of the 61-pyeong (approximately 200 square meters) room on the hotel reservation page, which made it difficult to check the room's condition. I searched the Naver blog and checked the room, thinking, ”No way, it must be the same room...” I made the reservation. There was a sink, but no appliances, and cooking wasn't allowed. There was a double refrigerator, and the storage was spacious and comfortable, but not being able to cook was a real disappointment. The living room was quite large, and the bedding was clean. The only inconvenience was that the refrigerator seemed to be broken... The constant buzzing in the room was very tiring. The living room bathroom had basic shampoo and body wash, but the master bathroom didn't have any. Being a hotel, I expected amenities, but I was a little taken aback when I found none. However, to be able to book such a large room at this price... The value for money is incredible! The room is very large, and can sleep up to 10 people. If you don't plan on staying long, I would definitely return.
