"The hotel is more distinctive, located in the center of Carmel Town, 2～ 3 minutes walk from the main street. The hotel has free parking spaces, not too much, we are not staying on weekends, and there are parking spaces. The room is arranged on the first floor, and the trunk of the car is directly facing the door of the room, which is convenient for luggage. The room is large enough, there are two sinks, coffee machine, taste good. You need to bring your own personal items such as toothpaste, toothbrush and slippers. The downside is that the room is not very soundproof, walking upstairs, and the sound of other guests going up and down is very loud, which will affect the rest. Our room was half underground because of the slope, and the window was just a foot above the ground at the stairwell, and it felt average."

AAngelinaluoThe environment, location, facilities, including the front desk service are very good, especially the environment, but today's dinner experience is really disappointing. First of all, after we ordered the meal, the first pre-feast was quite fast, but we did not prepare a plate for us. We beckoned to send it over after we called, and there was no such normal restaurant error of due apology, and secondly, after serving the pre-order, we waited for nearly 30 minutes. No dish came up, no one explained, the restaurant manager skipped us several times on the tour, there were not many people in the restaurant at that time, (there were two of us who were Asian faces) was not a peak meal time, waiting for us to call a waiter over, The waiter (the Indian woman) said very bluntly, I think they're doing, and then left. Too angry, when we went to the front desk to complain, their manager appeared in front of us like a wind (before turning a blind eye to us in the restaurant), and apologized and said that the meal was delivered to the room. GGuest UserNo breakfast, but the younger brother at the front desk recommended a family not far away. We went to eat dinner and overall it was good. On the edge of Carmel’s town, 17 miles away is coming soon, Carmel’s town is very good but it’s closed early in the evening.
