Nice, clean place, very spacious rooms, in a silent zone. We came cause there was no more space in Mendrisio, but we were well satisfied, easily reachable from Mendrisio and 24h automatic check in

Ho soggiornato qui per lavoro (per fortuna direi). Ho soggiornato in due stanze diverse, in due settimane diverse, ma purtroppo l’esperienza in questo hotel è stata deludente. Nella prima stanza lo scarico del water era rotto e stanza molto fredda. Nella seconda stanza appare datata e poco curata: il televisore ho dovuto fare io la scansione dei canali e per di piu si vedeva molto male, anche qui stanza fredda. L’attenzione ai dettagli è quasi assente. L'anta dell'armadio è rotta, dando un’impressione generale di trascuratezza e scarsa professionalità. Nel bagno è presente il dispenser del bagnoschiuma fuori dalla doccia, alquanto scomodo. La struttura dà l’idea di un hotel che non viene rinnovato da anni. Wi-fi per niente funzionante, inserivo la password ma me la dava errata.

Direct gelegen aan de weg richting Italië. We hebben Casa Zen gebruikt als doorreis hotel. Super. Mooi, ruime kamer ( 3 persoons), goede bedden, vriendelijke en behulpzame service dame. Zo goed bevallen dat we ook meteen voor de terugweg hebben geboekt. Genoeg (gratis) parkeerplekken. Sleutel systeem werkt perfect, genoeg lekkere restaurants in Chiasso aanwezig. We kwamen met een elektrische auto ook geen probleem om deze in de omgeving op te laden (Tesla supercharger en Shell in de buurt). Nogmaals super hotel

Ho soggiornato casa zen Balerna prenotando per un mese . Dovendo lasciare 5 giorni dopo non mi sono stati rimborsati alcuna cifra sono rimasta molto male per l accaduto essendo che per 5 giorni ho pagato davvero moltissimo . Struttura pulita e tranquilla
