We love the villa silas, the location is in the middle of rice field, so you can see super green area surroundings the hotel, and when the Harvest seasons come, you will see the yellow colors everywhere around the hotel. Staff are nice, simple breakfast but good taste. Room condition was good and clean, I got rooms on the 2nd floor, so I can see the nice of rice filed and local village view from my balcony. Villa comes with nice swimming pool, not too big, but it's enough when you want to enjoy the morning vibes or need to relax after back from exploring ubud. If you driving car by yourself, be careful since the way to this villa quite small and fit for one cars only. Overall, nice villa, and good job team.

Everything was great, I lived in this guest house for 5 days, the neighbors were a little noisy, but this is not critical. Outside the window there is beauty and silence, you wake up and squirrels are jumping on the vines), there are no snakes, because they are scared away by large beautiful monitor lizards. There is a masseuse on site who will give you a massage right in the hotel for 100K, her hands are strong and skillful👍

Even though the resort has only been open a few months since Covid the staff and facilities were great. Views to die for and the pool and breakfast area are away from the hustle and bustle of the main street. Location is perfect and close to bars, cafes, restaurants, shops, money changers, etc. Room size is above average and decorated in true Balinese style. Serene, peaceful, pure bliss, and would highly recommend.

The hotel is located on the bank of the Ayung River. There are terraces and an infinity swimming pool in the hotel. The service staff I encountered were very warm and friendly, greeting me and helping to pick up and park the car. Sharleen, the personal Chinese-speaking butler, is very considerate, thoughtful and responsive to all requests. Much better than the others. The room is very large, in Southeast Asian style, but the facilities are a bit old, especially the bath towels and towels are a bit old and not very comfortable to use. It is not worthy of a hotel in this price range. The hotel's breakfast room, Michelin French restaurant, and Japanese restaurant have great food and scenery. The hotel is right in the middle of the scenery, and there are some free activities every day, suitable for vacation and leisure.

The location is good as it is near the Ubud centre area, but be careful when using maps in going back to the homestay as there are many possible way to get there. And some of them are streets that has no street lights at night. Be familiar with your way from the centre, as it is the safest. The host is very nice. They will accommodate you really well and very friendly. The room is clean and they provide fresh linens and towels.

This is a fantastic place to stay if you’re looking to be close to the action, but can still enjoy a rest. Bed and pillows are divine, and the shower pressure is strong with consistent hot water. Like the other reviews, get in early for the breakfast so you won’t be disappointed. They do a really good job. Highly recommended staying here!

I always love staying at Komaneka Rasa Sayang when in Ubud and have stayed there many times on my own, with friends and with family. My last visit was with my brother who joined me from Cape Town. He absolutely loved it. The service is exceptional and I always feel very spoilt by the amazing staff and it does feel like it is my second home in Bali. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Ubud. From the moment I arrive, I am always welcomed back like family. The rooms are so beautiful and spacious with gorgeous bathrooms and balconies with daybeds overlooking lush greenery. A jar of home made cookies and fruit basket is a lovely touch. The hotel is set back from the main road but it is so peaceful and only steps away from the centre of Ubud with lots of great shops and restaurants and the monkey forest. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing surrounded by palm trees, nature and the sound of running water from the river below. The staff are so attentive at the pool and it is a great spot to enjoy the daily complimentary afternoon tea. The breakfast is delicious and has lots of variety. The restaurant setting is beautiful overlooking the pool. If something is not on the breakfast menu, just ask and the staff will go out of their way to make it for you if possible. I wish to compliment Ari at reception for her exceptional and always polite and friendly service. I did miss seeing Ibu Desak and Sitiari this time. Can’t wait to be back there again

If you are particular about cleanliness or have any respiratory issues, this probably may not be a good option. When we checked in, we were greeted by an aircon that was very noisy, like hard knocking from inside. On getting closer, we were quite disgusted to see the amount that dirt inside. Can’t help but wonder when it was last cleaned. When we reported this to the lady at the recept, she said there’s nothing she can do, got to wait till the next day. Disappointingly, we went back and turn it down to low fan (it was left at high when we checked in), the sound went away, but when we went back the next day, the aircon still look as dirty. The best sheets and pillow cases were also stained and very thin. The earliest you can breakfast is 8am. We had a tour at 830am and our breakfast was only served at 820, so we had to wolf down our breakfast in order to be on time for our tour. The next day, we went outside to look for breakfast as we were afraid we will be late for our tour. The good part is that the location was good, and the breakfast was decent and they had a water dispenser behind the recept that you can help yourself to. We did not get to check out the swimming pool though the recept told us that it was open till 9pm.
