The location is really good! Just walking distance from the beach and also body factory Bali. That is if you are in for a fitness retreat. There is a good variety of eateries from western to local along the main road. The villas are very cosy and comfy.

Our family stayed at this villa for 5 days. It offered the highest level of comfort and privacy. The villa was clean, stylish, with a good pool, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable (though the pillows were a bit too high for my liking, but that's common in Bali). Daily cleaning was provided. The surroundings were very quiet and secluded. The villa manager was always available, checking in on our needs and providing recommendations for tourist activities when required. Compared to the other two accommodations we stayed at in Bali during our holiday, this villa was simply the best.

Villa Surya Uluwatu was a very nice stay. The villa is modern, clean, and aesthetic, with everything well maintained. The pool was clean, and the overall design made the place feel comfortable and relaxing.
There is ongoing construction in the surrounding area, with workers around, but we were never disturbed, and it didn’t affect our stay.
A special mention to Joe, who was extremely friendly, helpful, and always available whenever we needed anything. His service really stood out.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Villa Surya Uluwatu, especially if surrounding construction is not an issue for you.

The villa turned out to be just wonderful even didn't expect it to like us so! Very convenient for the company or family: three isolated rooms plus a separate living room with the kitchen provide maximum comfort. In the area a beautiful pool with lighting, comfortable lying, everything is designed for full rest and relaxation. For the lovers of unusual breakfast there is a special floating breakfast table right in the pool. The villa is surrounded by a green area.
In one of the bedrooms there is a bathroom under the open sky, and a shower under the open sky in each room. I would like to note the excellent service: The manager of Surya and his manager were very attentive and caring, always were ready to help, and sometimes even prepared us breakfast, although it was not included in the cost of accommodation!
I sincerely recommend this hotel for a holiday you will certainly not regret it!

I was afraid of stepping on thunder. After arriving at the scene, I felt like opening a hidden model. The homestay has a feeling of being hidden in the city. It is about 20 minutes drive from the city center. The surrounding forest is private. The environment is very original. There will be some bugs and the like. This has to let us close the door immediately when we enter and exit the room. The water in the pool is very clean and it is in a state of circulation. The butler's service is also very good, and there are welcome fruits. Any problems are also communicated and solved in time. In terms of hygiene, I feel that there may still be some small scum on the bed. This is not perfect. The homestay is not equipped with disposable toothbrush and toothpaste. The charging port is also a local jack in Indonesia. (The homestay has 3 conversion heads, but the three of us are not enough) So if you want to stay, remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, and bring a conversion plug.

The villa is fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay – pots, pans, plates, glasses, boats, etc. Everything is there, everything is high-quality, and everything is in abundance.

I'm usually picky, but I couldn't find anything to complain about here.

GGuest UserTraumhafte Villa, super schön eingerichtet, tolle Pools, tolle Aussicht, 10/10! Leider ist drumherum alles noch im Bau, was nicht zu unterschätzen ist. Tagsüber Lärm und sehr schwer bis gar nicht zu finden für Fahrer. (Stand Dezember 2025). Ich denke sobald das alles fertig ist, gibt es absolut nichts auszusetzen. Dennoch eine Empfehlung! Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

PPedro Jose Hernandez ZarzosaThe villa is somewhat remote—though it looks close on the map, the chaotic traffic in Ubud means it takes about 30-40 minutes to reach the city. I’d recommend renting a scooter for easier mobility. The villa itself is fantastic, with absolutely spectacular views of the forest. The pool is very well-maintained, and the service is impeccable. It has two independent bedrooms and a stunning living room with a kitchen. The staff’s hospitality is exceptional, and communication with the owner is excellent.
