Perfect villa for a short getaway with super friendly staff here. Private and chill. Special mention to Agus for his warmth. Breakfast was on point too.

A perfect villa with excellent facilities, making for an extremely comfortable stay. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. It was quiet at night, and we didn't lose anything. It's especially suitable for those like me who enjoy spending half a day relaxing at the hotel. Watching movies from bed was incredibly cozy. I recommend the chicken 65 from the menu; the spicy chicken was absolutely delicious and hit the spot.

We stayed here for a day during our honeymoon search in Seminyak because it looked so beautiful, and it's exactly like the pictures – absolutely gorgeous! The breakfast was also delicious, and you can tell they put a lot of care into the food. The staff were incredibly friendly too. The best part was the complimentary drop-off service available in the Seminyak area. A always-smiling staff member drove us in a clean, new electric car. Since our next accommodation was also Akala Seminyak, we were able to use the free drop-off service again! 🥹 We had a wonderful stay and are leaving happy~

We had a wonderful stay at Cyrus Villa. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated, definitely Instagram-worthy. All the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. One highlight was the free shuttle service, and the team was always willing to help us arrange transport whenever needed, which made getting around Bali very convenient. Their service truly stood out and became a memorable part of our trip. A small note: the soundproofing isn’t the best. Since the villa provides nice speakers in the room, noise from neighbouring rooms can be heard if the volume is too loud at night. However, the villa adds guests into a WhatsApp group, and whenever we raised an issue, the staff responded quickly and helped to resolve it. Overall, Cyrus Villa was a real highlight of our Bali trip, and we truly appreciated the hospitality and service

Great service, beautiful decor and furnitures and pool area is the best part. Loved the interior decor. Great place for good pictures. Loved loved the ambience. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Service is top notch. Loved the smart features of the villa. However, given the price, the amenities offered could’ve been better, atleast inclusive of meals. Also, a lot of things shown on advertisements were not inclusive and were on additional charge, could’ve been better if it was made clear on advertisements that all services they display are only available on additional charge.

One of the prettiest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. Absolutely photogenic. Hotel staff are all friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious. The room is nice and suitable for couple (the bathroom has no door). We found stain on the bedsheets but they handled it swiftly and made appropriate compensation. Dyson hairdryer is provided considering the major customer base are ladies. Insects and mosquitos are a predictable issue, but within acceptable level. Overall a pleasant experience and would definitely come back.

The behaviour of the staff was excellent. A must stay.

We had amazing stay. Staff far better than some of the international 5 star hotels. We shorten our stay at Hilton to stay here & surely was worth it. Would highly recommend someone staying in Seminyak.
