Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They prepared a small surprise for us, which was a nice touch. We also enjoyed our dining experience at Double Ikat. Overall, we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The resort was located in a slightly isolated area, but it was great for me just to relax. Rooms were very spacious, the pool was great. Got to enjoy the magnificent sunset by the bar. Service was nice. Overall, it was a very nice resort, with great service and would highly reccommend.

Highlights of this hotel: - Easy access to Melasti Beach - The bed is super comfy— fall asleep instantly and wake up to morning! - The pool is very clean and pleasant to swim in. On the downside: - Breakfast is pretty average in terms of both taste and variety. - Service is a bit below the usual Bali standards.

The stay at the main building is good, we are happy with the hotel room. I booked 2 rooms, one is the executive suite that requires a buggy ride , however when we reached the place it's a little ******* vibes and when we try to call the buggy to send us back as its too scary we have to wait for very long. We have no choice but to downgrade our room to Junior suite room , no refund in money because it's booked via third party platform they shared, but they provided some credits for food which is fine to me.

Our weekend getaway was perfect with a complimentary upgrade to Junior Suite with excellent hospitality and keen attention to guests’ needs especially when we need a buggy for travelling to and fro our suite tucked in a quiet corner! Coupled with an amazing view at the hotel bar, the entire premise was very well maintained and there were constant breezes during this season. Would certainly return here whenever we come back to Uluwatu!

My stay at Renaissance Bali Uluwatu started with a hiccup, it ended on such a wonderful note that I would happily return. Due to a system error, I was given the wrong room type upon check-in, and unfortunately there were no vacant rooms available that day. However, the hotel team handled the situation professionally. The very next day, they upgraded me to their best room category as part of their service recovery, which I truly appreciated. What made the experience even more memorable was the genuine hospitality. The staff noticed it was my birthday and surprised me during breakfast by singing a birthday song. I was touched, although a little awkward too 😅. A special mention to Manager Aldi, who consistently checked in on me whenever we crossed paths around the hotel to make sure everything was going well. That personal touch made a big difference. The hotel itself is beautiful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The sunset views are stunning, the ambience is peaceful, and the spacious grounds make it a great place to unwind. My room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast team was efficient and attentive, and the overall service throughout the stay was excellent. Thank you to the Renaissance Uluwatu team for turning an initial disappointment into such a memorable experience. Your sincere service recovery and warm hospitality truly stood out. I'll definitely be back!

Our stay at the hotel in Uluwatu was wonderful, and the ocean views were absolutely breathtaking. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help. The breakfasts were delicious and made with fresh ingredients. We would be delighted to return to this hotel on our next visit to Bali.

The hotel is located on very high area ,so is quite windy most of the time . The hotel is quite nice , just a little old . The location of hotel is quite difficult to call in grab taxi , most of the time. Grab motorbike are available easily . The facilities in the hotel is abit old , swimming pool is nice
