The hotel's overall environment is small but exquisite, the bed is large, and it's about a 15-minute walk from the pier.

A really great hotel within walking distance of the port, and they offer a free shuttle. The staff are friendly and responsive, and there's a small but deep pool. The whole property is compact, cozy, and well-maintained, with flowers everywhere. A friendly, fluffy cat lives at the hotel; it even visited us and slept on our balcony! There's a small cafe on-site with delicious food and generous portions. Many shops are nearby, we especially liked 'Uncle Jo'. Definitely recommend!

The front desk staff spoke English, which was great. The location is excellent, offering good value for money, and it's only a 10-minute walk to the pier. The hotel is a charming two-story building with a pleasant environment. There's also a fantastic burger joint nearby with a 'buy one get two' deal.

On the boat from Sanur to Nusa Penida, my husband suddenly suffered from heatstroke and felt unwell, so I quickly booked this hotel on the fly, just for him to get some much-needed rest and recover. We didn't stay overnight, only rested for about 5 hours, and the price was very reasonable. After getting off the boat, I contacted the hotel, and the pick-up car arrived quickly. The drive from the pier to the hotel was less than 5 minutes, which was incredibly convenient. We arrived around 11 AM. When the front desk lady learned my husband wasn't feeling well, she immediately expedited our room check-in and got us settled, which was incredibly thoughtful. While my husband was resting, I asked her to help book a car to Angel's Billabong. Since our schedule was tight and we only had time for this one attraction, she also kindly arranged our pick-up car back to the pier for 3:50 PM. Everything was perfectly organized, and her responses were super fast. The service was incredibly attentive and warm, making for an excellent experience. A special thank you to the front desk lady who was on duty on May 6th. I forgot to ask her name, but I truly want to express my gratitude!

The hotel's location is very close to the pier, making it convenient for getting around. It offers great value for money. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and attentive.

It was a last minute booking since the original hotel we booked was located in a "jungle" and there were lots of mosquitoes everywhere due to rainy season. The room was nice size located on the top (3rd) floor and has a nice open view from the corridor. The only complaint we had is the water for the shower and sink stopped every once in a while which is troubling. We had to wait for 3-5 mins for it to come back on again, fortunately there's no winter in Bali 😂 Their staff "Kartana" is very friendly and helpful tried to assist us as much as possible. The cafe serves decent and reasonable priced food. Overall it was a great overnight stay.

This hotel offers incredible value for money, and it's just a few minutes' walk from the pier. The hygiene, service, and facilities are all great. They even have motorbikes for rent directly at the hotel, which is super convenient. Kar Tand was very welcoming and provided a lot of help. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time.

We had a very warm and lovely stay at this hotel. The service was great, the staff were super welcoming and friendly. The room was big and cozy, we wish we could’ve have stayed for more nights.

I really should have discovered this hotel sooner! My stay was absolutely fantastic, especially the location which is just perfect. If you're coming to Bali, booking this place is definitely the right choice. Plus, they offer so many convenient services like boat bookings and car rentals – it's all incredibly easy.

The hotel is close to the port, great location! Can book driver to bring you around Nusa Penida! Quick laundry service as well. Highly recommend 👍🏼

For this price, I wasn't expecting luxury, but the environment was surprisingly stunning and offered great value for money. The room was perfectly adequate, and we didn't need much in terms of service. The hotel is also conveniently located just a few hundred meters from the ferry terminal.

Great location and service, but the room walls are quite thin, offering almost no soundproofing. It really depends on when your neighbors go to bed and if they like to talk a lot. I wouldn't recommend it if you're sensitive to noise, but everything else was fantastic, and the breakfast was amazing.
