I had a lovely stay at the Horison Ume. Everything was perfect from the moment I arrived. The room is spacious and clean with a gorgeous view of the canyon. Breakfast great too. As a bonus, it’s a short walk to the pyramids of chi, if you enjoy meditations and sound healing.

Situated in a serene river valley in a peaceful side of Ubud, but still a convenient distance from the busy part of town. So I thought we got the peaceful vacation that we wanted but still got to see Ubud and its little cafes and art shops whenever we wanted! The staffs are super nice and helpful. The hotel also have all facilities we needed. Swimming pool, gym, traditional spa, and its own little cafe and restaurant. Breakfast is also superb!

Pillow & bed extremely comfy! Breakfast is so so but the view, staff & hospitality is top notch. For the price we are paying, it’s definitely worth it. Definitely will be back with family in the future. Give some more love for this place! Also it’s not so far from Ubud central.

We had our best experience on Bali in this hotel. The complex is clean and the installations are recents and well maintained, the food is really good, the staff is always there for you. They all have been really kind and cheerful with us. Special thanks to Tawan, for his time and tips about what to do near Ubud and about his culture, we’ll never forget those conversations, thank you again. I really impressed with the atmosphere, facilities and homy staff services. The appointed GM - Mr Benny was really great Manager supporting with friendly manners of the employee. I would recommend these hotel for those who need privacy and quiet place for the recharged your own life energy. Nice Hotel, beautiful view from my room, the pool was a good Ambience , the variety of breakfast looks nice ,the good taste of food ,clean room fast of service when I am check in , find the staff friendly and I would like stay again next trip in this hotel. Good Service

amazing view and beautiful ethnical design. The room and bathroom is very spacious. The windows can be opened to feel an open air bath experience. I also recommend to just open the balcony door and windows for more natural experience. The pool area is pretty quiet, great for reading and just gazing into the greens. First I thought this place is just great for adults as the contour is pretty steep and the place is more for relaxing, but it turns out that my toddler enjoys staying here very much. The staffs are friendly, they help making sure my toddler is safe everywhere, and they are overall nice to my kid. She learn some kind of traditional game here i think. Oh and the TV is connected to youtube and Netflix or something, and that google home thing is quite fun to keep my toddler busy in the room. food is great, wine is great, I think there's not a single night here where fireflies don't keep me company under the clear night sky with bottle on my hand kudos!

Recommend! Hotel was clean, staff so friendly, they event gave us free room upgraded! All breakfast, afternoon tea and sundowner were great. They have infinity pool, inclinator, and great valley view. So peaceful and quiet. Thank you Horison!

The hotel is absolutely amazing, third time staying here. The list of things we loved it just too long to list, from the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms ro special requests like car cleaning - amazing, absolutely amazing. Special thanks to Delpi and Opi at the reception and Tawan at the pool bar - you guys are incredible and we look forward to staying with you again.

The hotel is located in a beautiful location on the slopes. The staff is very kind, there is a huge swimming pool and a beautiful view of the jungle. I recommend it for a business trip and a family vacation.

Great location, nice and quiet. Pool is amazing. Drinks in comparison to other day clubs are quite expensive. Tried to use the gym in the morning to be told cannot use it until 10am which was way too late in the day. Staff very friendly and Terry the driver was great .
