The Komu Canggu Bali

The stay was very amazing ! Room was neat and tidy , housekeeping/service was perfect. There are many cafes , restaurants and souvenir shops nearby for you to explore . You might need to book a bike/car if you wish to explore abit further. Overall hotel stay was 10/10 perfect !

Second stay here and the location is just superb! Stayed in a different hotel block this time around which can be quite a walk away from the exit but the hospitality here has been great. Location is close to a big supermarket, cafes. Dined at aged and butchered below and it was the best meal for us. Recommend!

The room was exceptionally spacious and well-appointed, with complete amenities that made the stay very comfortable. The service and hospitality were truly outstanding—every staff member was warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. I especially loved the boutique-style interior design, which gave the hotel a unique and stylish character. Another standout feature was the hotel’s dedicated app, which provided easy access to hotel information and allowed guests to communicate directly with the front desk via chat whenever assistance was needed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely return to stay at Komu Canggu in the future.

Good locations, good service, friendly staffs, good environment. Only cons is the sound proof not as strong. If someone talking loud outside can be hear. But it doesn’t really affect our stay. Will choose this again if I come to Bali.

Love the stay! A very spacious room, with all amenities provided. Staff are very friendly as well. Highly recommended, will definitely return again.

We have been assigned the room on block D which is quite a walk to the main street. I like the room design and is very clean. Will consider coming back to The Komu again.

Pro : Location : Really good in Berawa, lots resturant and cafe next door.. Staff: perfect , very attentive Room : Room are New with nice decorations. Bed and Pillows are very comfy. 4 bottle of water provided. Bathroom amenities are good.Btw, bathroom room step can be an issue for elder, high step to get into the bathroom ! Check in / check out during busy hour might take a bit long as only 2 guest service counter .. but the staff try to manage ad fast as they can. Cons: stayed in bld C , we can smell food in the room from butcher shop in G floor in the evening ... not sure why ..

I love the service and the Room in Komu. They have a steakhouse on 1st floor with wonderful food! Pool in room was a pity that the plants were infested with insects. I could swim in it. I chose to soak in the bathtub in the room instead. Still my fav hotel to stay in! Love the bed!! So comfy!
