We stayed at Ululani for the first two nights of our Bali trip, and it was a great place to ease into the vacation. Although it’s a little outside the main Uluwatu area, the peaceful surroundings made it well worth the extra distance. It was quiet, relaxing, and away from the traffic and crowds.
The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hotel itself is spacious, with plenty of facilities, and the swimming pool was clean and well maintained. Our room was also very clean and comfortable.
The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and it was convenient to have a 24-hour restaurant as well as a paid laundry service on-site.
The hotel does show its age in some areas. The bathroom had a small amount of mold, and there was a minor water leak. Some towels could also be replaced with newer ones. There is a pool table available, but unfortunately we couldn’t use it because there were no cues.
Overall, despite a few maintenance issues, we had a very enjoyable stay. The excellent service, peaceful location, and good value for money made it a great choice, and we would happily stay here again.
