This place is quiet and peaceful, perfect for a couple's trip. The service is great and friendly, truly full service.

Best villa in Ubud compared to the rest of the private villas , It's clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful, great villa to relax and escape from the noise also that's why I gave 1 star , it's far away from restaurants like 35 minutes, there are some coffee and restaurants nearby but it's local if you're interested. The breakfast is cool it's a menu you can choose from I recommend this villa if you like ubud so you can stay few days to chill .

Excellent villa with very hospitable and polite staff. We opted for breakfast, which was super convenient – highly recommend it. You can rent a scooter directly at the hotel, and they also offer daily transfers to Ubud center.

Really good villa, the staff were lovely, and the food was delicious. We enjoyed our stay.

The villa is new, and I love the interior so much! Their service is vry well, although they don’t have common area, but they serve everything doorsteps . Their staff are helpful enough to assist us on booking car, recommending restaurants to eat etc. Location wise, is far from the ubud centre, and you have to pass by village road which is quite dark at night, not recommended to rent a bike if staying here. They do have shuttle services, can follow their timing (or you can secretly request for other times 🙊)

How hidden you feel, the shower was amazing and good hot water, the WiFi was good and tv had Netflix, food was so good, just wish it was open a little later as they stop serving at 3pm

Very friendly and helpful staff. Service is very professional and excellent. Accomodation is very clean. Breakfast and Floating breakfast are very deicious. We will comeback. Fully recommended👍

This is the one of the best place I've stayed at in Bali. The hotel is new and the villa is spacious. The private pool is clean and big and it has a nice bath tub in the shower. Perfect for taking pictures. They have free bike in their hotel that you can borrow to roam arround the area. The staffs are also friendly. Totally worth the price.

I didn't get to stay at the hotel because my flight was canceled. The booking was non-refundable. It was a strange situation; they told me they were willing to refund me if they found a replacement, but they didn't cancel the booking or look for anyone. In the end, on the day I was supposed to check in, they wrote, "What happened? Oh, that's a shame." And so on, just a show of concern. As if I hadn't requested a cancellation. I understand that the terms were non-refundable, so I can't say it was unfair, but I did make the request well in advance. There was zero cooperation from the hotel's side.

What a fabulous stay! Beautiful, clean and away from the hustle and bustle. A ten minute walk through a traditional village, to reach a newly opened waterfall to the public called Gatep! This booking included free breakfast which was delicious and aesthetically appealing, I was offered two breakfasts as my booking was for two guests! I opened for a meal and a side of fruit instead, and there was also a complimentary afternoon tea too! I had a bit of a tummy bug and ordered more tea and was Informed that fresh pots were complimentary too! I asked about the local waterfall after I had checked out and the hotel staff member Emma gave me some information and even offered me a lift as she was going home for lunch, I was happy to walk but on her way down she offered again and then also called to organise a guide for me. I got rained on walking back and the staff got me a towel and offered for me to change etc and then let me order some tea and pancake bananas while I waited for the rain to stop and to organise I lift. Honestly the best hotel/ villa stay experience I’ve had in the three times I’ve been to Bali! Highly recommend.

The manager takes forever to respond to messages however the staff are really sweet and try to meet all the needs you require. There is not much to do around the villa as it is small but overall the place is safe and good.

We had a wonderful experience and were satisfied with the services provided by the staff. Thank you.😘
