The environment, rooms, and service are all excellent. I highly recommend staying here. The staff, in particular, are incredibly attentive and helpful.

The environment was excellent. We stayed in a two-bedroom loft. We paid extra for the floating breakfast, and it was absolutely delicious and worth it. Overall, a great stay with excellent service. It was also very convenient to get to Potato Head and Ku De Ta by taxi.

Absolutely beautiful room!! Loved the private pool too. It was big enough for the 3 of us. Would def stay here again!

Everything about this place is 💯 especially for couples looking for a romantic place to relax and recharge. Equipped with a private pool and mini kitchenette making it suitable for even for small families. Facilities offered is great and in-room ala carte breakfast selection is also great with a variety of choice. The only downside is that the lightings may be rather dim if you are not used to dim lightings.

We had such a wonderful time staying in Sana vie villa.The service in the villa is amazing that they always provide the breakfast to us on time.Even we don’t have time at the last day since we need to go to airport at 5:00.They even prepared the breakfast box to us for take away. The reception lady is really nice that we can always ask her questions.They always make sure we can enjoy all the services when we back to the villa.That made us felt like home there. Moreover the facilities and the pool is clean.Me and my friend were afraid the villa hygiene at the first place.But the villa looks even better in person and we can enjoy swimming in the private pool. Thanks Sana for giving us the great time in Bali.❤️Will definitely visit again.

It was a lovely stay, the villa is pretty. Ms Meta and Mr Parta assisted us with the check in and check out seamless experience. They gave great recommendations for our day to day plans. Best hotel in Bali Good view and private pool Good price with the good service

The day of the check in I got a message saying theres a construction at the villa I booked hence will relocate me to another. Fine. Then I realised this other villa is older but I didnt want to make a fuss. So I accepted. Upon reaching, everything was fine until we turned on the bath tub. The water was leaking thru the floor. Called them but nothing they cud do except for mopping. At night, we turned the tub on again coz wanted to be sure. The water was cold. Further, there suddenly is another water leakage in the bed room (not towards the toilet side). Morning time, breakfast was OK. As the booking was changed, they offered transport to the next hotel. So we said at 11 am coz that's when the check out time was. The cab only came at 11.40 n despite us asking whats the ETA the receptionist only said "its coming". We ended booking our own grab. We wont come back. There are so many better villas
