Excellent services and variety of food choices.

COMO provided us the best service to us. We enjoyed our two days stay there and we will love to come back again. It’s our first visit Bali, we made an excellent choice to book with COMO.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Como Uma Ubud, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the cleanliness of the hotel was evident, with well-maintained facilities that set a positive tone for my stay. The staff provided exceptional service throughout my visit. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist with any requests, making me feel truly welcomed. One of the standout features of Como Uma Ubud is its prime location. Situated near the Ubud city, it offers the perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility. The hotel provides a convenient shuttle service to the city, allowing guests to explore local attractions such as Ubud Palace and the Ubud Market without any hassle. Additionally, having a supermarket right next door was a great advantage, making it easy to pick up snacks, sovenier and essentials during my stay. Overall, Como Uma Ubud is an excellent choice for anyone looking to experience the charm of Ubud while enjoying a comfortable and stylish retreat. Highly recommended!

We loved the setting of the hotel. Surrounded by lush vegetation, peaceful environment, and just a quick travel to Ubud center. The grounds and common areas are beautiful, and the forest-facing pool villas make you want to stay in your room during the day. Throughout our stay, the staff were exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and supportive. The level of service really stood out and made us feel well looked after. Inside the villas, the finishings and furniture could benefit from a refresh. Breakfast buffet could be a little more complete; the à la carte menu does help to compensate. A highlight of our stay was the tour organized by the hotel. Both the driver and guide were professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable, and we would recommend booking through the hotel over the local drivers. Value-wise, rates felt a little high for the current room condition, and a light refresh would bring the experience and price into better alignment. Overall, a beautiful place with loads of potential to make it truly exceptional.

Staying in Como uma Ubud is one of the best hotels/resorts experiences. Best breakfast ever, and the service is absolutely amazing. Already recommended it to all my friends and will definitely come back to stay again.

The service is wonderful, all waiters and waitresses are kind and helpful throughout my stay here, highly recommended. Also the Italian restaurant at the hotel is world class and the band and singer performance are professional, vibes are terrific, what a night dinning here.

Environment: Nestled in the woods, a unique experience. Breakfast: A la carte, every dish was delicious. Cleanliness: The facilities are old, and the sink drain was a bit clogged, which wasn't very good. Other Activities: The hotel offers a variety of daily activities, including yoga and hiking, which I highly recommend. Location: There's a daily shuttle to the palace, departing at 9:00 AM and running every two hours. The hotel's Italian restaurant also has delicious pizza, and there are several restaurants nearby. I recommend the barbecued ribs. There's an art gallery next door, which you can choose to visit. Summary: A great vacation choice.

The hotel's exterior design and surroundings are beautiful, offering an elegant jungle setting. The style is simple yet romantic. The breakfast is also excellent, and the guests are generally elegant. The downside is that the in-room facilities are average. There were large bugs at night that scared me, so I had to call for an exterminator. They were frantic in the middle of the night... 🤣 I personally don't like the curtains. While they're a feature, they're poorly maintained, leaving unsanitary areas and a faint smell of mold. Ubud is incredibly humid, so I'm not a fan.

A wonderful hotel with excellent service! The staff remembers your name and greets you every time - a small thing, but still nice) Very varied and delicious breakfasts. Amazing yoga in the morning. The pool is gorgeous. Perhaps in some places the room "asks" for an update, but it is so unnoticeable behind all the other advantages. We felt at home, a very pleasant atmosphere!

Located in the center of Ubud, it is convenient to go anywhere and take photos. The hotel also has a good breakfast~ especially the pancake is delicious! !

The hotel is located in Ubud, a quiet place in a busy area. The public swimming pool is very comfortable, the quality of the guests is generally high, and the spa is very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious, but the Italian restaurant is average.

Great vacation spot
