Overall, I liked the hotel. It has a huge territory, and there's a shuttle service to the mall and the beach. The staff are friendly and very accommodating, and the room cleaning was excellent – absolutely no complaints there. We were even allowed to check in a couple of hours early, which was a huge bonus. I recommend booking a room on the second floor; you can actually step out onto a balcony there. In our room, it was hard for even one person to get out, and some rooms apparently don't have a balcony at all, just a window. The breakfasts were decent, enough to fill you up. Now for the downsides: there was nowhere to dry clothes, and no wardrobes in the rooms, so it was unclear where to put our belongings. While the pool was clean, some tiles on the bottom were coming off, so be careful. At the beach, there are only 8-10 sun loungers, and by lunchtime, they're all taken, so you'll end up lying on the sand. You could stay here if it's just for a couple of nights, but personally, I'd rather pay a bit more and stay in a slightly better hotel.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.There is a shuttle to their private beach,also a shopping bus to Bali Collection.The restaurant was good,delicious menu.Breakfast have enough variety.Overall,a good stay just a bit isolated from everything else in town.

We arrived at the hotel late at night, a group of four of us. We were checked into two rooms (almost next to each other) instantly, and everything was explained very clearly. The reception staff were very pleasant and friendly. The rooms were clean, and everything worked – plumbing, air conditioning, and the fridge. The room had all the essentials (slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo). Housekeeping was daily. Breakfasts were delicious with a huge variety of dishes! There's a shuttle to the beach every hour, and the beach is fantastic (just be mindful of the tides). Sun loungers and towels are provided at the beach; it's clean and beautiful! The hotel itself is older, but for the price, this is the best option! I definitely recommend it!

Our family of four stayed at this hotel for 4 days. The room was 24 sq/m (the larger rooms were already booked), and we requested an extra bed, which made the room a bit cramped. We knew what we were getting into, so this isn't a complaint or a reproach. The hotel itself is good: cleaning, service, breakfast, and the gym were all fine. It has a large area, but for us, this turned out to be more of a drawback than a benefit because leaving the hotel on foot was problematic. So, we always took either the shuttle to the beach and asked to be dropped off where we needed, or used Grab (the local equivalent of Uber/Lyft). The hotel's location is good; it's not far from Nusa Dua beach, about 20 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by local shuttle. However, the shuttle takes you to their private beach section where the water recedes for about 10 minutes. Therefore, we recommend taking the shuttle, passing the checkpoint at the huge white statue of some god, and immediately asking to be dropped off there. Behind this god, you'll see a gate to Nusa Dua beach, and it's a 10-minute walk to a beach with actual water, not a 'big cow pat' (referring to the low tide area). We recommend this hotel! This hotel is very mediocre, definitely not a 4-star, more like a decent 3-star. Of course, the price reflects that. The rooms are long overdue for renovation; everything is very worn out. Only one large towel is provided. They do offer toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, a shower cap, slippers, and a hairdryer. There's a constant issue with the doors – they either close or get stuck. Upon check-in, the safe wasn't working; nothing was checked or prepared. Breakfasts are extremely unvaried, and dishes aren't cleared from the tables. It's the same in the evening. The staff seems to be in a fog, constantly messing things up, and are completely un-customer-oriented. The grounds are empty, and it's a long walk from the lobby to the road. On the positive side, there's a shuttle to the beach with minimal seats and a shuttle to Bali Collection. Out of the four hotels we stayed at this vacation, this was definitely the worst option. I do not recommend staying here.

A lovely hotel that is about a 15 minute walk from the beach. Breakfast is pretty decent. Bed is comfortable and loved the shower. The balconies could be more private from your neighbour, especially floors 2 and upwards. I’d also recommend bringing earplugs (I do on every travel I go on) for naps and sleep at night. The hallway can get quite noisy.

The hotel is very huge and at the heart of nusa dua, the rooms are good size the property has a very nice and relaxed vibe. Really nice pool and a great breakfast. There is a big market area nearby. Many connivence stores nearby and u can rent bikes, exchange for currency and massage services The con is the property is a bit old but u quite ok. I paid abt 50 SGD per night so it was ok. There is a bit of walking from the lobby to the main gate and the main road but it was fine. The place was very safe and comfortable

The hotel is alright, but definitely not a 4-star. It's set back from the road, which is nice and keeps the grounds quiet. The hotel itself is quite old, everything is worn out. In our room, none of the electrical appliances were working upon check-in (refrigerator, TV, safe, and hairdryer) but everything was quickly repaired or replaced. Let's talk about the positives first – they have their own private beach area with sun loungers and beach towels. The beach itself is great, even with the low tide. We took a trip to Melasti, which was beautiful, but the sea was really rough and stormy, so we couldn't go in; the waves were about 3 meters high.
