The hotel’s location makes it easy to explore the area, offering a free shuttle to Bali Collection and a buggy service to the beach. The staff were friendly and always greeted with warm smiles. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

The rooms are a little dated and old but other than that, the service of the staff are excellent. The hotel breakfast wasn't that good but given the price, one can't complain

The most wonderful hotel on Bali! We stayed from November 23, 2025, to January 2, 2026. The staff is incredibly friendly! Upon check-in, we were offered a ground-floor room with direct pool access. When we booked, we wanted a room with a balcony and a pool view. Perhaps there was a mix-up during the booking process, or maybe we selected the wrong room type, but we didn't like the offered room. When we asked to switch, they immediately offered us a room with a balcony on the second floor overlooking the gym. We absolutely loved it, mainly because it was so quiet. The room had a comfortable bed, and separate toilet and shower facilities. A few days later, they offered us a room with a balcony and a pool view, but we decided not to move again. A shuttle runs to the beach every hour. Sometimes there isn't enough space for everyone, so they do a second trip. The beach is clean, with sun loungers available, and towels are provided at the beach. We celebrated New Year's Eve on the beach with a bottle of Prosecco!

The service from the staff has no issue, everyone is friendly and attentive!
Unfortunately, the upkeeping of the hotel is beyong terrible, malfunction tap for the sink, rusty hanger, broken door lock, noisy lift, bad soud proofing of the room.
I just couldn't rest well during night time. I hope the operations team of the hotel can upgrade the hotel to the bare minimum of quality.

Arrive at night, receptionist mirah was very friendly
But she didn’t give me good room, the curtain doesn’t work, cant be open and can’t close.
❎The cleaning service was very bad, mop the room and very very wet floor and dirty, also I saw birthday cake plate outside not being pick up for 2 days.
❎The swimming pool bed was a bit disgusting,🤮
And the pool very dirty un maintained
❎the road to the loby is far and the buggy only go every 30 minutes and stop at 7pm so have to walk with kids to the road
✨The gym is clean and good condition
✨ my kids enjoy the electric motorbike

The location is far from any lively or happening areas. The resort feels old and lacks any sense of luxury that would make staying here worthwhile. Rooms are of average quality, and I even had to chase staff just to get basic things like towels. It’s okay for a short stay, but I wouldn’t consider coming back. Overall, quite boring and not worth it.

Disappointed with the location. Takes 5mins to exit from hotel premises. Takes 20 mins to exit that vicinity to reach to mall.
