The resort is so huge that if you stay in premium room you'd have to walk a long way. I booked two rooms for two nights. In the first night three mistakes happened: the balcony door can't be locked, a wrong elite members name was put in my room, and the bathroom door can't be opened. The last one is relatively dangerous as there's no emergency calls in the bathroom. Room was located in a far place no can barely be noticed. Luckily I traveled with family so someone could help me. Staffs are attentive they came to me at the breakfast providing an option to change to room. On the next day they kept following up with the needs. I would say everything was pleasant except for the security matters. It seems minor but could be possibly be a huge trouble. Hope they would improve.

The room on the first floor arranged by the hotel opens to a garden. When you wake up in the morning, your eyes are filled with greenery and the air is fresh. The price is very cost-effective in the center of Ubud, and the service is very friendly.
