Bale Gede Luxury Villas

The location is quite good, right next to the beach but infront of an open drain. The size of the villa is huge. Pool is large for private villa, and decently deep as well. The maintenance leaves a lot to wish for. Paint is peeling, sofa is old and dirty. General cleanliness was quite low. 2 of 3 bedrooms in villa C face a moss covered wall - quite ugly. The air conditioners could not keep up with the hot weather in the rooms. There are none in the common areas, making them quite difficult to use. Balcony doors on the first floor are very difficult to move - the rails have rusted away. The entire experience is very average, which is a pity, since minor changes like Aircons in common areas, higher standard of service and amenities, basic repairs to fittings can make this villa great.

A little rundown property, not so clean, you can see molds in many area of the house. Amenities are okay, had to run around asking for a hair dryer at night. Also with high price we paid, you would expect the “floating breakfast” as shown in photos on the hotel listing here for your “private pool villas” but no, apparently you have to request for it before hand which no-one told us about that. Maybe take the photo down from the listing if that was not what you offered?

This is the perfect location within a 2-minute walk to the beach.. you have your own private pool and around the 5,000 square foot Villa. They come in each morning and make you breakfast at the time you specify. I could not be happier.
