The hotel is good for families and couples. Some areas needs renovation and the hotel will be decent.

Nice and quiet area high floors rooms quite annoying to reach, not a big lover of the mezzanine bedroom and two bathrooms. Towels only in one bathroom cleaning service really poor But room and AC are very quiet gym nice additionand pool nice and clean

Photos match the reality, and we've got everything we expected: a very large room, a gym (with a working AC!!!), a nice pool, very pretty hotel territory, and good lobby with a coffee shop and plenty spaces to work if necessary. There are two convenience stores within a 3 minute walk, and parking space (there isn't too much of it, but they do have a valet, so this resolved the issue). There are cafes around if you are ready to walk along Bali streets (which is a challenge in itself). The staff resolved an issue we had with our room promptly and successfully. Wifi was decent enough for Zoom calls, but some websites took a long time to load. I woud recommend it to anybody who wants a hotel with spacious room and beautiful territory l, especially if you work remotely (unless you need a super speedy connection).

Good pricing and the place is great. The staff are all very friendly and the restaurant do serve good food.

Amazing hotel and service!

A large hotel with a super spacious room and a great view. It's quiet. The service was top-notch; if we needed anything, they responded/brought it/fixed it quickly. Great gym with stained-glass windows, picturesque. There's a swimming pool and parking. We liked the hotel and recommend it. Cons: there was no laundry service, and the water provided during cleaning smelled unpleasant.

The hotel is not new and the rooms need cosmetic repairs, but there is no mold, no unpleasant smells either, overall it is worth the money ($ 34 per day). We stayed here for 5 nights. Friendly staff. Everything is good, but there is a nuance, next to the hotel, on the side of the pool, construction began. At first they wanted to accommodate us with a view of this construction, we asked to change the room so as not to see and not hear it, which is what we eventually got. There is a good gym and a good pool. Beautiful hotel grounds

A pleasant hotel. The rooms are neat, clean. Moreover, the rooms are shaped like a mezzanine..There are 2 bathrooms upstairs and downstairs, there is a kitchen and a living room...next time I will come back here again...

The hotel is very good. The front desk is also very good. I took Grab and didn't have change to give to the driver. The front desk staff ALIT gave me his own money. I was very touched. Good review.

We are quite happy staying here. With the comfort of rooms like apartments. No confusion about sitting down, where to eat, charging plugs are everywhere. Unique building, there are 2 floors. Lower floor: living room, refrigerator, balcony, bathroom, kitchen bar. Top floor: twin beds, sofa, TV, toilet. Only when I entered the room, the lights were dim. Then asked for a replacement and the officer was ready to help. Location: Seminyak...to go to the cafe/beach you have to take a motorbike/car. The service of all the officers is good 👍 Continue to improve, adding family event facilities such as cooking classes / games to make your stay more comfortable at the Pandawa All Suite.
