The 2 bedroom villa was very spacious for our family. Check in was smooth, friendly staff and they provided good breakfast options (halal). It is not located on the busy street of Seminyak but it has a shortcut access, walkable to the main street. A lot of dining and shopping options available within walking distance. We truly enjoyed our stay in Bracha Villa.

Excellent service, good location with walkable distance to main areas. Spacious villa and great sized pool. Minor improvements in that kitchen can be better equipped with utensils if holiday makers are to actually cook (no spatulas, stirring utensils etc)

Modem WiFi broken down, ask tech repair but still can’t fix it. So most of time we are using on our own data plan. Water pressure is very low, call to fix yet still low. The part I can’t take is toilet flushing, excrement couldn’t flush off. We need to flush 3-4 times only can be gone. So toilet leave a smell. Not allow to ask for more towel.

A bit run down and you can easily find better with that price point. Had a big issue with the hot water which would only run for 2 minutes before going cold. Maintenance acknowledged to me that it's because the boiler is undersized yet I couldn't leave earlier as the management thought there was nothing wrong. Result: couldn't take shower for 2 days...Very disappointing and will not return

The water supply was slow and the toilet flush was pathetic. I literally had to flush 10 times for each business made.

The hotel is very clean and the check-in is very fast. As an affordable villa, I think it is top-notch. There is also daily cleaning service. The bed sheets are changed for free. There are green plants all around and there is a swimming pool. It is really relaxing to come out and play. The facilities are very complete. The housekeeper serves you very attentively.

This property is located relatively close to the centre of action, a short 5 minutes away. It provides a lovely and quiet sanctuary against the craziness that is Seminyak. We stayed here 4 nights and it was probably the most chill time as we spend a lot of time in our private villa relaxing by the pool and enjoying cooling down. The villa provides complete privacy, a gate securing you in your pool area. The included breakfast is good - it is ordered daily and is delivered to your room at the time of your choosing. Options are western or Indonesian style. A great place to stay.

Beautiful Villa. I was blown away with this place, the Beautiful pool, loungers, big bedroom, bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. My shower temperature was bad though but in the heat, I didn't mind that it wasn't getting hot. Slippers and bathrobes in the wardrobe. Basic cutlery provided in the kitchen. About a 20 minute walk to Semniyak Village shopping centre. The women bringing the breakfast were very smiley and friendly. None of the men smiled though. I ordered toast and fries most mornings and they came cold. The toast was rock hard too,like it was made a day previously. Nice coffee,mango juice and croissants though. I would have been leaving a more positive review if it weren't for the abrupt check out. We checked out at 5am to go straight to the airport. They couldn't get us out of there quick enough. They instantly go into the villa and check everything is intact. They accused me of taking a cup(the cups were stained every day, why would anyone take a dirty cup,let alone a decent one). And they wouldn't let our taxi driver leave until a full inspection was done!! About 10 minutes later, the taxi driver said OK we can go. So they obviously found the cup+didn't bother to come out personally & apologise or anything. I saw another review saying another person was accused of taking a towel at check out...pretty pathetic. The ending left a sour taste which was a shame.
